Escape to a renovated, luxurious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom rental nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Massanutten. Surrounded by towering trees and pristine natural beauty, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of seclusion and modern comfort—ideal for relaxing getaways or memorable group stays.



Step inside to discover a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, where stylish décor and cozy furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease, complete with ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the necessary cookware and utensils.



Each of the four bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind and includes its own private bathroom, offering both privacy and convenience for every guest. With comfortable bedding, fresh linens, and well-appointed bathrooms stocked with towels, everyone can enjoy a restful and relaxing stay. The base rate includes up to 4 guests. Additional guests are $30 per person, per night—please review all itemized charges prior to booking.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful with plenty of space and the amenities were outstanding!! The hot tub was a perfect way to end a full day of outdoor adventures!!

Very nice outdoors spaces, large hot tub, separate little building with tv and a pool table. Bright and comfortable interior. All 4 bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. Definitely a top stay on the area!

The home was a perfect set up for my family to spend the holidays. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals - stocked with a variety of different appliances and cookware- and the dining and living room areas were spacious and comfortable for a big group. There was also a play pen and high chair available for my little boy. We all enjoyed the hot tub and grill, which were set up and ready for us to use upon arrival. It was a fantastic space to spend with family!

The house was more beautiful than the pictures. The house was very clean. Kitchen was stocked. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and pool table. My husband loved cooking on the Blackstone. Close to everything. You can walk up the trail to the petting farm and horseback riding. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Quiet getaway

This VRBO was just perfect. The house seemed recently renovated and had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. The beds were luxurious and the living area great for late night conversations. Our group has been getting together for 11 years and we all agreed this was our favorite place yet!

Laura is surley a GEM. Very welcomign from beginning to end and called me RIGHT back when we locked ourselves out . Took MAJOR stress off on me. The home was perfect! Clean, modern everything was flawless.. We will be back smae time 2027 ( God willing) and we intend on staying HERE!!

Amazing, Welcoming and a Home Away from Home

My family and I loved this home. It was impeccably clean and the details in the home were very thoughtful. We slept so soundly on the comfortable beds and enjoyed the rennovated bathrooms and spaces. We would definitely stay here again and hope we can do so soon!

Great vacation

We totally enjoyed our stay! We had 5 adults (family siblings) together from different areas and this made a wonderful mid point to spend time together. The house was very nice and we made use of the many great amenities (hot tub, black stone grill, gas fire pit, played pool and games in the rec room) along with visiting attractions in the area. Communication was very easy and would highly recommend the home and location. Really enjoyed watching the deer in the woods when sitting on the back deck!

Birthday weekend

Blue Mountain Song was the perfect place for the 4 of us! Great location and private. We had everything we needed for the stay. The house is very roomy and has a bathroom for every bedroom. The backyard is amazing and the game room is quite the bonus.

Our family was looking for a home in VA to meet up for our annual Christmas gathering. The Blue Mountain Song was perfect! The home was very clean, welcoming, and great communication from the owners. We would definitely book with them again!

Everything about this rental was lovely! The neighborhood was quiet and the house was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. We were close to everything and had such a great long family weekend. We would definitely rent this house again in the future if we come back to Shenandoah.

Clean and Peaceful!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed a weekend to relax and regroup and that's exactly what we got. The place was so clean and very quiet. The wine and snacks were a nice touch. Great location as well, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Definitely on our list for future stays. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for our group visit. The location was very close to the resort. The amenities of the detached game room, hot tub, and covered grill area really added to the overall experience. The house was super clear, the kitchen very well equipped and smart TV perfect for some extra entertainment. Communication from the host/ management group was stellar. Would highly recommend this place for a wonderful experience.

Nice fall weekend in the mountains

We spent a wonderful weekend with our family at Blue Mountain Song- Massanutten Home. The house was very clean and it was exactly as listed. We enjoyed the outdoor sitting, the fireplace and the hot tub. The house location was very close to a farm and we had the chance to do horseback riding, and a lot of walk 👍

Thanksgiving at Blue Mountain Song

We had a wonderful time at Blue Mountain Song. We hosted Thanksgiving and invited family from within the area to join us. The game room was a hit with the grandkids and kids. Plenty of room for our extended family of 20 on Thanksgiving day. While only a few stayed at the house through the weekend - the crowd on Thanksgiving Day did not feel cramp at all. The hot tub, grill and fire pit were fun activities to keep all happy. The fireplace inside was cozy and warm while snuggling up to watch family movies.

Highly Recommend!

I stayed here with my boyfriend and eight other friends for Friendsgiving, and the place was phenomenal. I wasn’t expecting to be so close to other houses, but there was plenty of privacy. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was so well stocked with kitchenware. The best part was the backyard, as well as the game room! We fit comfortably, and any time we had an issue (there weren’t many), Laura responded immediately. I would definitely book this spot again!

We love the Massanutten location. The outdoor and indoor common spaces were very nice and comfortable. The backyard is particularly beautiful. The home was very clean upon arrival, and as advertised. It seems this is an older home that was remodeled, so it is VERY loud if you are trying to sleep while others are up. The mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows and bedding could use an upgrade. We didn’t find any extra blankets or pillows in the home. The hot tub was dirty, as well as the interior of its cover, so we cleaned it. The blackstone grill was also dirty and rusted, so we put foil over it so we could use it. For some reason, the room with the 2 doubles was uncomfortably hot compared to the rest of the house. There is a steamer but no iron, and we were there for a wedding. Nice home and stay, but pricey for what it was. 4 out of 5 stars overall.

When viewing the listing online, my guests and I were excited and expected to really enjoy the house. However, once we arrived, we realized it is better suited for families with children rather than a group of adults. There are only two rooms in the house with TVs, so keep that in mind if that matters to you.The house was clean upon arrival, but we noticed several dead stink bugs on the floor. As the evening went on, more began appearing and even flying around while we were eating and sleeping, which was very uncomfortable. There were also only two worn washcloths available in the house. When I reached out on Saturday, I was told that additional washcloths were in the garage.Also note that guests are responsible for removing their own trash, as there is no trash pickup service.Despite these issues, we still enjoyed parts of our stay. The fire pit and gaming room were great features that our group appreciated.
