Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this lovely Cape Cod-style home with a classic feel! One of the key features of this home is the great location in a quiet and residential neighborhood in the Wareham/Onset area. You are just a short walk along the beach to downtown Onset and within a mile of one of the best beaches around Cape Cod, Onset Beach. There is a nice and walkable public path off the backyard, just past the yacht club that will take you to the beach.

The home boasts a quiet and spacious backyard with a path toward the beach. The backyard is a fantastic spot to host a warm-weather barbecue using the brand-new gas grill for outdoor cooking. You can also find an outdoor shower that is great for rinsing off the sand after a fantastic, sun-filled day.

Upon entering this classic home, you will find a sunny den with plenty of seating adjacent to the living area. Both spaces are great for relaxing and entertaining with two smart TVs with cable and streaming. The drop-leaf table is ideal for board game nights. When mealtime comes, prepare savory homemade meals and snacks for the group in the well-equipped kitchen complete with all the appliances and utensils needed! The second floor of the home is where all three bedrooms are located, keeping away all the noise from downstairs. Additional perks include partial AC window units and a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
