Waterfront cabin facing the sunset

Beautiful highbank waterfront property on the coveted Westside of Vashon Island. Experience this magical setting while enjoying walks along the beach and never ending wildlife sightings. Otters, seals, sea lions, eagles, herons, and more! While no guarantees, no guest thus far as not seen a seal. It's like being thousands of miles away yet only a little more than one hour from Seattle. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset.

Large windows and deck let you soak in the expansive view inside or out! Beach access is a short walk away. Basement includes ping pong table and foosball. Two person above-board kayak and paddle board available to explore the Sound.

Three bedrooms plus basement pull-out sofa bed.

NOTE: Beach access is via ladder or steep stairs and is difficult to navigate for physically disabled individuals.

This house is very comfortable, beds are good, there was wood for the wood stove, the kitchen had everything we needed. I was very impressed with how clean the windows were - what an amazing view. For our family of two parents and two kids in their 20s, this was perfect.

A wonderful place to spend time. Very well appointed and extremely clean, the house offers great views and a restful natural setting. The seals kept us constantly entertained. Vashon Island is delightful. Highly recommend this house!

Absolutely beautiful view and gorgeous house. Idyllic location to reset and recharge. The only think I would recommend is making sure you bring food with you. Local shopping is a bit limited for groceries and only one pizza place delivers. It's a beautiful place and the manager is very accommodating. We extended our stay twice! We will definitely be back!

Great stay

My family had a great stay. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. My teen has made several comments that the house made our vacation. From watching the seals, playing ping pong, board games and just spending time as a family, this house was perfect.

Beautiful setting and house

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront cabin. The space was great and it did not lack anything we needed or wanted. We were surprised that you needed to use a ladder to get to the beach. Some of us were able to do that easily. We loved our time on Vashon.

We had a great time with our teen boys and our mother in law. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed our time. The beds were super comfortable.

Exquisite!

The entire house has updated decor and is spotlessly clean. Every amenity possible can be found at your disposal. The views of Puget Sound are breathtaking - we saw a pod of orcas swim by and bald eagles fishing right in front of the house! The host was extremely helpful, directions and access to the house easy. We loved staying here and highly recommend this property if you’re looking for the perfect Vashon Island getaway.

Paradise Cove

Great views and deck for watching the seals, sunsets, and relaxing. Game room was very fun with family, especially when weather was not cooperating. Love this house- this was our second time renting it.

Cozy, Spacious Home for Christmas Holiday

We gathered our family from three states in this lovely waterfront home on Vashon Island for Christmas. The house had everything we needed, and it had a good layout for family meals and games. The view was spectacular, and we loved watching the seals and birds from the deck.

This was the perfect place for a few sunny days by the water. The house was light-filled and spacious; very homey. We loved the large deck, paddle boards, foosball and just everything. We’re planning a return trip.

Lovely Spot on Paradise Cove

We had a wonderful sunny weekend at the beach. The house is well equipped and the seals and bald eagles visited every day. The beach is walkable when the tide is out, with sea stars and other creatures to discover in the rocks and sand.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We so much enjoyed our time at the cabin. The house is well-equipped, homey, and has a spectacular view. We spent hours on the deck watching seals and birds and the tide roll in and out. Property managers were responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beach Cabin

We were on Vashon for a week visiting family and had family join us for dinner one night. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the water everyday-kayaking and paddle boarding. We played board games and ping pong. The beds were comfortable and the views amazing, wildlife all day. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful late fall stay. Large enough for Six people to spread out. Great kitchen layout. Cook with views of ocean. It is off the beaten path but once you get there you won’t want to leave.
