Sunset Villa D is a stunning two-bedroom, one-bathroom ground level condo, just a stone's throw away from the sparkling Gulf beaches on Anna Maria Island. Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the decorator-furnished interior. This condo was recently renovated in 2025 with brand new kitchen, bathroom and more!

Located on a desirable street west of Gulf Drive, this condo offers the best of both worlds - peace and quiet, yet just a short stroll to the beach, shopping, and dining options. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space for up to six guests.

This condo is fully outfitted with a gourmet kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside your door you will find a convenient, private patio with table for 2 so you can dine alfresco.

A beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided for your quick jaunts to the beach. After a long day of soaking up the sun, retreat to the beautiful pool area, featuring a calming waterfall and ample seating to relax and unwind. You'll feel like you've entered a tropical paradise, complete with an authentic Tiki hut.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
