Welcome to our pristine and contemporary retreat, ideally situated in the heart of Seattle's vibrant Fremont neighborhood. This brand-new and well-appointed guest suite comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Located on a quiet dead-end street just a block from bustling Fremont Ave, our tranquil oasis offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience for your next Seattle getaway or business trip.

Our 2BR/1BA guest suite is on the ground floor of a house, featuring two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed and heating, as well as a modern bathroom with a full tub, extra towels, and makeup remover wipes. For added convenience, we provide an in-unit washer and dryer. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and smart TV. The large windows ensure ample natural light, while the mini-split air conditioner keeps the temperature just right. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, a water kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker, perfect for a home-cooked meal or a quick snack.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber internet, perfect for streaming your favorite shows or tackling work-from-home tasks with ease. Experience the ultimate in comfort and convenience with a walk score of 92, placing you within walking distance of famous local stores, delightful restaurants, picturesque parks, and the serene riverside. Two parking options available to our guests: free street parking (usually available within a block or so) or convenient on-site parking for $20/night (1 space with limited availability; please inquire with us to reserve).

The suite is on the ground floor of a family home - you may occasionally hear the gentle sounds of family life from upstairs during the day.

Our prime location offers easy access to popular attractions, with approximate driving times: Woodland Zoo (5 mins), Space Needle (8 mins), University of Washington campus (9 mins), and Pike Place Market (16 mins), ensuring a memorable Seattle experience. This was our second time staying at this property and it is our favorite Seattle vrbo destination. The property is clean, modern and in a great, walkable neighborhood. Access is easy and the hosts provide ample towels and coffee.

Great location to explore Seattle

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property was very tastefully renovated and stylish. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra towels and linens. It was perfect for our family of 4. Check in was smooth and convenient. WiFi was fast and easy to use. The location was very convenient for exploring Seattle and we loved the funky Fremont neighborhood. Our hosts gave us great tips on places to go and communication was great overall. The only challenge was that parking was pretty hard to come by but we were able to find a spot every night and going to and from the car was a nice opportunity to get a good walk in the neighborhood.

Close to downtown and has everything that we needed

This spot was quiet and comfortable. It is close to our children and grandchildren- just a 2 block walk. Also walkable to Fremont where there are groceries and restaurants. Easy access to Aurora and straight into downtown Seattle. Perfect for us!

Nice location, clean, new, well equipped

3 night stay. Very convenient near family members home. Outstanding amenities. Few wishes - more cozy and accommodating living room. Better and warmer lighting options at dining table and living area rather than harsh ceiling lights, and better tv access/ service. All there but clumsy software and access. Not much for general local service.

Walked everywhere

We had a great stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and location could not be beat. We walked everywhere- dinner, coffee, grocery, shopping, waterfront. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of parking while being close to lots of entertainment, going’s on. The hosts were quickly responsive to all inquiries.

Our stay was spacious and roomy enough for the 4 of us. It was clean and equipped with the essentials if we needed access to it. Convenient location for us too, since it was close by to what we were doing. Check in was super easy and smooth. Hua and Wendy were always quick to respond!

Nice, Efficient Weekender

Very nice, efficient and new property. We stayed three nights with four adults and plenty of space for everyone. More than one set of cups and dishes would cut down on the number of times we ran the dishwasher. This is a great location in Fremont to easily stroll to all the shops and restaurants on Fremont Ave. (nice grocery store within ten minute walk) or farther excursions to the zoo, Ballard locks, Gasworks park, or Discovery park. We'll be back!

Comfortable, quiet condo in Fremont

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend exploring Seattle, and liked it very much. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The two bedrooms are quiet, with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pots/pans. A particular bonus was the smart TV, which allowed us to log into our streaming services (so bring your passwords!). The owners, Hua and Wendy, were exceptional in their communication, replying to my messages within a few hours and being very accommodating. The property is in walking distance to nice restaurants and boutiques in Fremont, ideal fo exploring that neighborhood.

What a gem!

My husband and I spent 4 days in this lovely home just steps away from our nephew in the Fremont neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. They have created a complete gem! The dwelling was immaculate, very nicely appointed with a sleek and modern feel with privacy in a quiet location. The kitchen finishings and appliances are brand new and while we ate out most meals we know we would have had everything we needed should we have chosen to cook. Our biggest decision point was which bedroom to sleep in since they are both lovely. The bed was very comfortable! We really appreciated the full size washer and dryer (also brand new). The hosts provided several special "touches" which made us feel welcome - a complete tea/coffee bar, toiletries, and wonderful suggestions for activities/sightseeing. This gem is a must on your next visit to Seattle! We HIGHLY recommend it and will be sharing it with our extended family for their next visit to see our nephew.

Great location and great host

House had all of the amenities you could ask for. The host really went above and beyond to make sure the place was stocked. I loved the waking distance to freemont and just generally a great area. Definitely up a hill if you’re walking. But where in Seattle isn’t?
