Guest Access

Guests have full access to the home (excluding owner closets and pantry). Self check-in with a smart lock—access code and address provided the morning of arrival.

Neighborhood & Notes

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Please note we are in a military community, and occasional aircraft noise from training exercises may occur—this is rare but affects all homes in the area.

House Rules

No parties, smoking, or drugs

No loud music

No third-party bookings or unregistered guests

Regular pest control is maintained, though Florida insects may still appear

Extended Stays & Pets (additional fee and rules applies)

An additional fee of $45 per day if request heated pool turn on.

Snowbirds and long-term stays considered (20+ days require a mid-stay cleaning fee)

Pets accepted case by case with prior approval

$150 pet fee per trip, per pet (max 2 pets)
