Our beautiful house is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, steps from University of Vermont and the University of Vermont Medical Center, you'll enjoy peace and privacy while being within walking distance of downtown Burlington, Church Street and the waterfront.

Our house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your family or friends. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with additional day bed in the sunroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable sofas, large TV and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, and the dining area is perfect for family meals and dinner parties.

Outside, you'll find a large backyard with a grill and volleyball net, perfect for summer barbecues. And, if you need to stay connected, we've got you covered with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

But the best part of hour house is its location. You'll be within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping, with plenty of parks and hiking trails nearby.

Aug 24 Stay

Four of us stayed at this wonderful house, where each of us had their own comfortable bedroom. The spotless bathrooms were well-stocked with linens and had bathing products, too. The open floor plan connecting the LR, DR, & updated kitchen was perfect when six other family members gathered with us for dining and visiting before we all set out to other local destinations. The neighborhood was quiet and there was very little car traffic in this cul-de-sac neighborhood. As a bonus, we found walking to the nearby small deli and Centennial Field a fine way to begin our day. Another surprise was the perforated window shades that allowed visibility to the exterior while maintaining complete privacy for those inside - a nice feature in a neighborhood with dog-walkers passing by at all hours and windows facing neighbor's houses. Overall, this was a wonderful rental for our family gathering.

Good location.

Nice house in good location. Loved the open floor plan. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Well stocked kitchen. That said, as a reviewer said in July 2023, the photos in the listing are not up to date. And as mentioned by another reviewer in Sept. 2023, there really is no toaster. The only coffee maker is a single serving Keurig.

Beautiful cozy home in great location

We loved this place! There was plenty of room for our group of four, the house has been renovated with good taste, the beds and seating areas were very comfortable, and the location in a quiet street right next to campus was perfect for visiting our UVM student. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to add a toaster in the kitchen.

Very nice home

The home was just as advertised. The pictures were accurate. The lodging was great for the 4 of us. The kitchen had all we needed for the most part. Would have been nice to have a toaster. Cookware was top notch, kitchen space was fine as we cooked dinners nightly. Space was nicely furnished and modern. Location is very convenient for day trips and exploring. Would definitely recommend this home.

Comfortable place in a perfect location

This was a charming property that was very comfortable for our party of 5 adults and the location was great. Walking distance to downtown through the UVM campus. We appreciated having the A/C units for a couple of hot and humid days. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the beds and bedding were great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Great stay in Burlington - convenient, clean, and spacious

My family just returned from a week long stay at Nava's house in Burlington. The house is located on a quiet street behind UVM Medical Center. It's roomy, clean, and well stocked. Nava is a great host. She communicates well and made sure our stay was memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

Burlington Bike Trip!

A group of friends planned a trip to Burlington to ride our bikes around the area. This house was on a quiet street less than 2 miles from Main Street. The house was super cute, very clean and roomy for our group of 5. Our host was very responsive to questions. I would recommend this place for your stay!

Lovely property

The house was lovely, furnishings were different than in the photos but it suited us just fine. The lack of central air on a very hot week meant it was a bit warm in the house, but we appreciated the portable AC units upstairs and downstairs, which wile loud did help keep the place cool. It was the perfect location for the tours we did and communicating with the owner was simple and clear. Would come back.
