Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the clean, fresh atmosphere of the property and that your overall stay was a positive one. I’m truly sorry the spa wasn’t operational during your visit—we did our best to get a technician out quickly once we were made aware, but unfortunately, they didn't fix the issue before your departure. We really appreciate your understanding, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again—with a fully functional spa next time! Warm regards, Kevin
