Great location!

Great location for vacation when bringing a boat! The view is outstanding as well as the dolphin that like to come by and say hi! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again!

Beautiful Home! Pictures are exactly what you see when you get there! You can watch dolphins and manatees right off the dock, you also don’t have to go very far to catch fish!

Thoughts

We loved the house and location for us to go fishing each day! However, I would like to mention that the osprey was very annoying from making noise all times of the day and night to lots of fecal matter on the docks and chairs. Additionally, we thought it would be nice if the second queen size bed was flipped with the room with the full size. The floor level room with queen did not have good access to bathroom besides through the garage. Not trying to come off negative at all, just thoughts we had! Likely will rebook for next year! Thank you

Pine Island

The house was well equipped with everything needed for cooking & grill. The pool was very nice for cooling off after all day fishing. Getting out to open water, was very fast. Lots of sea life at the very nice boat dock.

Awesome place

I brought some friends to go fishing and wanted a place that would be able to handle our group. This house was amazing and was very user friendly. It is a beautiful place with wonderful views. Highly highly recommend

Private Backyard Oasis

This property is lovely. House is very nice - comfortable, spacious and clean but the backyard was our favorite! Beautiful covered dock, new pool and outdoor kitchen! The property feels very private being on an open bay - there are neighbors on the sides but the landscaping made it feel like our own private oasis! Our host Kelly was also amazing!! She was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay!! Thank you! We hope to visit again soon!!

Gulf Visit

Property very nice, clean, great kitchen, plenty of space for our trip with 5 guests. Dock was great and location great with just 2 minutes to clear no wake/manatee zones! Would absolutley book this house again!

Peaceful getaway

Our family had a lovely stay at this property. We brought our boat, and loved the dock for hanging out and fishing. Saw so many dolphins and manatees 😍 The back is fenced in and has a lovely little pool and grill and bar area. Plenty of space inside with a beautiful kitchen. The master shower was amazing. Our kids are already asking when we can go back again. The location was very private and quiet, we really appreciated the property being dog friendly.

Great Stay on St. James with amazing views!

This home had everything needed for our stay. Spacious and great location for fishing. Enough boat space for 2-3 boats. The kids had a blast and fished every evening off the dock. Once the downstairs outdoor kitchen is fully operationally, this place will stay booked! St. James is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but we will be back for sure! Thank you!

Amazing gem!

Highly enjoyed our stay! Was able to rent a boat literally down the road and had a blast. Kelly was responsive and just overall lovely!
