A second floor, spacious beach apartment located in Vilano Beach. Only minutes walk away from the Vilano Fishing Pier, Public Beach, and many popular restaurants.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire upstairs apartment, outdoor seating area, and outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning. A shared laundry room with 2 washers and dryers is also available to guests during day hours.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet coastal community, Vilano Beach is known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier stretching into the Tolomato River. Casual beach grills, pizza places, and a marina surround the pier, which is marked by the Bluebird of Happiness, a restored vintage statue. The Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, running through wetlands near the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge, features mosaic art of local wildlife.



Other Things to Note:

Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are on a fist come-first serve basis (plenty to use amongst all guests)

Laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit, and only available to use during day hours

Parking area is also shared. One space is reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage
