Situated just off the 9th fairway of the World Tour Golf Course, Golfer’s Delight is a large 2 bed/2 bath first-floor/end unit condo which offers the ideal getaway for a golf centered or family vacation. The condo is within a 15 minute drive of the airport, the beach and numerous other golf courses (River Oaks, Arrowhead, Myrtlewood, Pine Lakes, Barefoot, Whispering Pines, Grand Dunes), Broadway at the Beach and TopGolf. It is also walking distance to the onsite World Tour Club House/ Restaurant with outdoor seating , Swimming Pool and Fitness center.

Sit on the private patio overlooking the golf course, spend a day sightseeing or visit various restaurants and shops in the area. There is something to do for all.

Nice stay

We had a nice stay. When we had a problem with the upstairs neighbors, the owner was very gracious with working with us. Good communication from owners!

Great area! Nice layout!

We enjoyed our stay! After a slight glitch in getting checkin info, the property owner was quick to respond, and we had all the information we needed before we arrived. Comfortable layout for a family of 4. Love the ground floor location! Unit isn’t as “updated” as some of the other units in the building, but it was still a good price for what we got. Would stay here again if we’re in Myrtle Beach!

Wonderful Condo on World Tour Golf Course

The condo was very clean, spacious and accurately described. Furniture was comfortable. It is centrally located for both golf and beach. The owners, Jayne and Rosa are awesome! Easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. There is a pool a few steps away and the condo is on the golf course. If you come for a golf trip, the condo is ideally located for access to both Pawleys Island and Little River. We will definitely come back!

End unit; ground floor

The condo is beautifully situated on the ground floor. If we'd been there in a warmer week we would for sure have enjoyed the extended patio that overlooks the grounds and the adjacent golf course. The washer/dryer look new (and are easy to use); the dishwasher has instructions on the inner top of the door. As an end unit, and with the living areas at the back, it's quiet: there was no hallway noise. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'd stay here again.

The property was fine. I had some issues when I initially checked in. There was no cookware in the unit, and only two spoons. Also, there was no can opener. Once I notified the host, those issues were taken care of very quickly. The host was great with communication, and any issues I had were resolved quickly. When I booked my reservation I asked if a recliner could be added, and they made sure it got added. So the host was absolutely great. The one issue that was disappointing was that you could hear every footstep from the unit above. Every time a chair was pulled away from a table you heard it. Also, some contract work was done on the above unit while I was there. They were installing new flooring, and the noise level was off the charts. Banging and pounding were regular occurrences. There's nothing my host could have done about that, so I don't blame them. But people should know going in that you will hear every footstep from the unit above.

Thank you Jeff for your review and we are happy to hear you enjoyed your month and a half at the condo. We are glad you felt we were responsive and acted quickly when you called. I do want to correct a few items about the cookware, utensils and noise. There was cookware there just not to your liking and we did have it delivered to the door within hours of your arrival. So sorry it wasn't what you expected. As for the noise, we wish we had known because there are quiet hours and we could have notified the HOA. We were also unaware of any work being done above if we were we certainly would have told you about it. We checked on on you more than once during your stay as did the President of the HOA so we are surprised to hear this now. Thank you again for booking with us.
