The Sands Condominium is a Direct Oceanfront Building with Private Parking for it's Guests. A Parking Pass is provided at Check-in. The Unit can be accessed via Elevator or Stairs. Access to 1/2 of two-car garage for provided beach and recreational equipment storage (beach cruiser bicycles, golf clubs, surf boards, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs/umbrellas, coolers). A large assortment of dining and entertainment is available just a short walk from the building in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Access to the unit is provided to guests after confirmation via electronic entry key code.
Other things to note
This unit requires a 30 day minimum stay. Small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee, as well as applicable Federal, State, and Local Taxes are added at checkout.

We’ve also managed a small development company for over 20 years that specializes in bringing that positive waterfront and beachside experience to life for our guests. We are very avid boaters and still enjoy water activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, sculling, surfing, windsurfing, kiting, wakeboarding, and just cruising the beautiful Intracoastal waterways and Atlantic Ocean inshore with our three German Shepherd Dogs. We are also very fortunate to have our parents, and our two children also living and sharing the lifestyle here with us on the Space coast. We have made the Space Coast of Brevard County Florida our home base for over 25 years. We know the community well and put our experience to work to provide your best experience ever.

It gives the area a safe beach town feel convenient for walking and enjoying the amenities of the area. The area is very up and coming with new restaurants, entertainment, and beautiful residences emerging constantly. And of course, it is the home to some of the most beautiful ocean beaches in the state.
