This property has the perfect covered deck facing Long Beach Island! You must schedule a morning to enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over Long Beach Island. Perfect space for a lovely dinner as well
Our kitchen is thoughtfully appointed, the queen size beds have comfy linens and the living room is ready for you to prop your feet up and watch a movie!
This property is the perfect opportunity for a family vacation, couple's getaway, or a simple week-long moment away from life's demands!

Nice location, shared laundry, clean space.

I missed reading in the listing that laundry is shared with the upstairs tenants. It wasn’t always easy to find machines empty which requires communicating with upstairs regularly. Shower is hard to get into so if you have any physical limitations you’d want to consider renting somewhere else. Sometimes upstairs voices could be loud and drilling was overheard on a Saturday morning. WiFi was spotty at times. Outside deck was nice but you’re staring at the bridge and traffic can be loud.

Comfortable Accomodations, Decent Location

Used this property for three of our adult children and young (3, 1, 2 mos) grandchildren. We are beachside folks but this is a nice bayside location and made it easy for our family to meet up with us during the day in Brant Beach. Nice open layout, airy, with a killer view of the bay and island from the great side porch - our family loved sitting out there in the mornings and early evening. Easy check-in and check-out and the availability of a property manager in the building was convenient. With quick access to Ship Bottom and the island, this is a great jumping off point at a fair rate.

Yearly LBI trip

This was our first time staying in this cute house. It’s right next to the bridge so when outside you hear the cars. But I don’t mind that at all. You can’t hear anything inside the house. It’s decorated so cute. We loved sitting on the deck looking at the bay. There is a walkway aligned with bridge and it follows the water then you can walk under the bridge. There is also a walkway to be able to go over the bridge on bike. I didn’t use that but great to have there. Amd close to everything. I would definitely recommend and would book again.

Good value for a comfortable space

Good value for LBI. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable. The property manager communicates, but also contradicts the listing on amenities. The washer and dryer are in a shared space, which should have been on the listing. I asked for toilet paper as we were left with 1 complete roll for 2 bathrooms for a week. I was told after asking for rolls 3&4 that supplies were provided and basically get our own. The amenities that they claim to have for cleaning were not replenished prior to our stay. No dishwasher cleaner. I don’t mind getting my own supplies just let me know that instead of saying it’s provided. The location on Bonnet island was very nice. The house has ceiling fans and light switched on speed and dimmers, which I quite liked. You can hear the property manager upstairs, like a normal apartment. When we encountered the property manager and his fiance; they were very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The ac works really well- which matters a lot to me. The refrigerator has an ice maker that is a plus for us. Overall, it’s a good price for a rental.

a week at Frankie’s Place

The property was clean and recently renovated. Air conditioning work great and the kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for family dinners. Overall it was a great value for the money.
