Welcome to our oasis. Home has recently been updated and extra time has been put in to make this place cozy and your home away from home. You are 4mins to downtown, 5mins to the casino, 15 mins to Bristol motor speedway and just minutes from local restaurants, shopping centers, breweries and cool hangouts. There's one step leading into the kitchen as well as the bathroom. We are dog friendly and your fur babies will love our large fenced in back yard to run free. A favorite spot is our gazebo with fire pit or our cozy private patio to relax after a long day.

Every room was beautifully decorated for Christmas, even the screened porch! The house was clean and comfortable. It's a bit smaller than I thought from the pictures, but perfect for 2 adults and a dog.

This house is adorable! It was festively decorated from the front porch to the back porch and in every room! Spotlessly clean and cozy, with comfortable seating and beds. We last stayed here in August, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Quiet, but close to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Cozy, very nicely decorated place. Beds was super comfy, and clean. Back yard was well kept and fenced for our fur baby. Unit is very close to all things Bristol, walking distance if you like. Great restaraunts nearby as well. Would stay again.

Close to all interest of Bristol Tn and Va, Very nice place quite area. All the facilities of home. Large back yard with fire pit. All you need is to bring your clothes and food.

We had a wonderful time at this property while staying for Rhythm and Roots. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing.The location was ideal — close to local attractions but still quiet and private. Communication with the host was seamless and prompt; they were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

5 Stars We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable home in Bristol! It was cozy, welcoming, and had such a homey feel. The location was perfect — just minutes from downtown — but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The huge backyard was a bonus, especially for our fur babies to run around and relax.The house was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, and the hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even added a thoughtful touch to help us celebrate our anniversary, which made our stay even more special.If we’re ever back in Bristol, we won’t think twice — we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for BR&R

Stayed here for the music festival weekend and the house was perfect for that. We had everything we needed and the furniture was comfy. The owner communicated well and checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

Quaint and himey

This little place had everything you would need. The only thing was the propane fire pit was not working. The bed was extremely comfortable. The backyard was very nice and relaxing. not in a great neighborhood, but that is no fault of the owner.

We so enjoyed our stay here, made our move to Tenn much easier, location is great the house is adorable, clean and had everything we needed and our fur babies loved the fenced in yard. The host was commutative. We will highly recommend to others.

This is a lovely, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean home, with many thoughtful touches added by the owner. The large, smart TV was the best we have experienced in a vacation rental or hotel. Living room sofa and recliners were quite comfy. My 65 eyes enjoying using the wall mounted magnifying mirror in the bathroom for applying makeup. Our Shih Tzu especially appreciated the lush, green fenced in back yard. With more time, we would have certainly enjoyed the covered seating area with fire pit, as well as the beautifully furnished screened in porch. While the house was located near businesses just off State Street, it was very quiet, with little traffic on the street in front of the house. We appreciated the proximity to good restaurants and places we visited. Happy to have found this and will definitely stay here again.

Merry & Bright Holiday Getaway

This property was perfect for our visit to see family at Christmas, being convenient to the Bristol/Abingdon area & with a big, fenced backyard for our dog. He loved having the room to stretch his legs & run around after a long drive. The house was lovely; so cozy with festive decor that was warm & welcoming. Hosts were great, accommodating & responsive. We felt right at home & thoroughly enjoyed our visit, exploring the shops on nearby State Street in between holiday events.

We stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed the house had everything we needed. Had our dogs and they loved the back yard. The location was central for our needs. Felt like home i will definitely be booking again for my next visit.
