Your family will be close to it all when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Located in the coveted Neighborhood of Village of Five Points, walk to the grocery store, awesome restaurants, and amenities like pickle ball, tennis, walk trails, and two pools! Bring your bicycles and hop on the Lewes bike path. In less than 3 miles you’ll enjoy all that downtown Lewes has to offer. Cape Henlopen Park and Lewes Beach is right here waiting for you and your loved ones to enjoy your vacation!
Bed sizes: Queen, Queen, twin/full (bunk bed) and one single twin

Villages of Five Points is a fantastic community with two pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a walking trail, and a convenient easy to walk to grocery store and restaurants.
Free parking throughout. Two reserved parking spaces behind the property.

Town Center East Community Rules
The following rules apply to Town Center East at The Villages of Five Points and are in addition to any Villages of Five Points community rules. If you rent your Unit, please provide a copy of these rules to your Tenants and post a copy in any Unit used as a short term rental. This list covers primary rules, and is not an all-inclusive list. Refer to Governing Documents for additional community rules. Violations, damages and associated fines will be handled in accordance to any applicable Governing Documents.
NOISE - PLEASE WALK SOFTLY on stairs landings and across interior floors. Do not run, jump or stomp. Electronic devices such as televisions and radios must not be heard outside of your Unit.
Noise travels to Units beside, above and below you.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM - Be respectful of your neighbors at all times.
OCCUPANCY LIMITS - Per county regulations regarding sleeping space requirements, the maximum sleeping occupancy for all Units in Town Center East is 4 persons (2 per bedroom). Public spaces such as a dining room and living room may not be used for sleeping purposes.
TRASH -Trash must be in bags and placed inside the dumpsters. No large items permitted. Please place recyclable items in recycling dumpsters. When carrying trash bags, be aware of any leakages and clean them up.
Do not sit trash bags in exterior hallways or porches, even for short periods.
SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted in the exterior hallways. You must be 15' away from the building if you are smoking outside your Unit. Discard butts in the butt cans provided near entrances.
PARKING - Parking is not assigned. Trailers, pull behinds and commercial vehicles may not park in the community parking spaces. Untagged or derelict vehicles will be towed at owners' expense.
GRILLS - Grilling is NOT permitted anywhere in Town Center East, including common areas or porches.
PORCHES - Porches may not be used for storage. Please do not hang or drape anything on porches such as towels or laundry. While all are encouraged to use porches, be aware that noise does travel to other Units.
BIKES - Place bikes in racks under the stairs or racks in the parking lot. Do not attach bikes to anything except racks. Please do not leave bikes in hallways, on sidewalks, or in walkways. All bikes must be labeled with a Town Center East Bicycle Permit.
DRIVE CAREFULLY - Be considerate of children, walkers, cyclists and pets. The speed limit is 15
MPH. Obey all Stop Signs.
