New Listing! INCREDIBLE unobstructed gulf views! 150 yard walk to St. Joe Beach! Park your boat here! HUGE screened front porch with unobstructed views of the Gulf that can seat entire family! 3 KING Bedrooms with full, large en-suite bathrooms, extremely spacious with big closets. There is a 2bd/2bth upstairs, and a completely separate 1bd/1bth accessible from the carport downstairs. Shipwreck restaurant is 150 yards away! Great walkable seafood restaurant for dinner. 7 miles from downtown PSJ, and 3 miles from Mexico Beach. Quiet beach, outdoor shower, perfect beach house!

That's What SEA Said is a large 3 bed 3 bath (2/2 + bonus upstairs and a separate 1/1 downstairs).

Huge screened front porch has incredible views of the Gulf/Beach and everyone will want to hang out there all day. All bedrooms are KING bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms. There is so much space and high ceilings in all rooms. Very large bathrooms. Full laundry room. Huge open floor plan, living and kitchen space with big pantry for storing all of your groceries and extras.

UPDATE: Grill added in carport! It is propane and you must bring your own propane tank. Please clean after use and place cover back on!

Board Games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, Yahtzee, UNO, playing cards, Hedbanz and What do you MEME?

Plenty of parking for everyone coming. This is a perfect beach house for a great family and/or friends vacation!

Exquisite, Wonderful and Incredible

No other VRBO has served me like That’s What Sea Said. Everything was clean, amazing and the surrounding beaches and other attractions were a lot of fun to be around.

The best forgotten coast

This house is beautiful! Plenty of space for our crew of 8! Very comfortable, a short walk to the beach (even with my broken foot it was a breeze!) Away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to drive over and enjoy some food/shopping if needed!

No false advertising- lovely stay

My husband and I renewed our wedding vows. Beautiful weather and home. The only drawback was my 84 year old dad had difficulty with the stairs, but I should have thought of that. Wonderful stay and would recommend home.

Great spot, great week!

Great property. My family of 8 (2 adults and 6 kids) had plenty of room and we really enjoyed the house/location. Beach was conveniently located to the property, within walking distance. With two 3 yr olds this was a must. The beach was never really crowded and the owners were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything looked just like the photos on the listing, nice roomy house with table to seat 8. Fully stocked kitchen with room to cook all our meals for our group. Right across the road from the beach in a quite peaceful neighbor hood. My 6 year old grandson said he loved "our " home at the beach and wanted to know if we could just move there.

Great Place to stay

Everything was nice. We had a great time and tried to leave it as clean as we found it. Only complaints is that rug in master bedroom was not dry, comforter in small bedroom upstairs was not dry and a couple of bath cloths were damp. I just put them in the dryer. They were clean just not dried completely. Great time!

Great vacation stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt & Kourtney’s house. It was a good size for our group and comfortable for the relaxed, low key vacation we had in mind. We basically lived on the front screened porch. The beds were comfortable, and sheets insanely soft. The kitchen could have been a little better appointed given the lack of dining options close by — the pots & pans are all rusted and ready to be replaced. And we really would’ve appreciated a grill - especially since the pots/pans were less than ideal, and all had to be hand washed…so we did dishes constantly. We were initially very disappointed to see a 3 story house under active construction across the street, but we really didn’t hear any construction noise inside the house. The proximity to the beach is what makes this house so incredibly fantastic. It’s the shortest walk and you’re on the most beautiful uncrowded serene beach, and it’s awesome. The location is convenient for exploring the area and checking out Mexico Beach, Port St Joe, Cape San Blas, Appalachicola, Indian Pass…and even Panama City Beach. We identified an issue with the cleaning crew upon check-in which Matt & Kourtney addressed quickly. They continued to check in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We’d stay here again and would recommend to others…
