Hop on the bike path and pedal your way to Bohicket Marina for a waterfront bite or to Freshfields Shopping Village for an afternoon or evening of fun activities. A bit further down Seabrook Island Road brings you to 3.5 miles of magnificent beach to explore and enjoy. If golf is your game - make sure to book a round on Ocean Winds or Crooked Oaks. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa has low country marsh views from the great room, screened porch and primary bedroom. The updated, well equipped kitchen has plenty of room to whip up a vacation meal, if you feel the need to cook. Tucked behind a kitchen closet is the laundry area with new full size washer and dryer. The open floor plan lets everyone be together! The kitchen flows into the dining area is adjacent to the living room area where a sliding door leads out to the screened porch. The living room features comfortable seating and large Smart TV. Wifi is included. The screened porch has space for relaxation and for dining. The perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon meals, and evening cocktails. The porch has sliding door access from both the living room and primary bedroom.

The master bedroom has an updated en suite bath. You will have a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and Smart TV for streaming in this bedroom. Great cabinets, tiled floors and large walk-in shower give a spa like feel to the private bathroom. A sliding door provides additional access to the screened porch. The guest bedroom is a perfect spot for the kids or friends. This room has twin bunk beds plus an additional twin bed, easily sleeping three! A TV for streaming is mounted. There is a full hall bath with tub/shower combo.

The neighborhood pool is available with this rental. There is an elevator in the building for your convenience. You're sure to appreciate the beautiful setting!

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.

Amenity card access to the Club is included in the rent for this villa. Additional fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball, horseback riding and the fitness center/indoor pool. Lake House outdoor pool available at no charge. Fitness Center and Indoor pool require a fee of $15/day per person.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
