Welcome to your perfect beach getaway!

Our house is located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach, just steps away from great dining and entertainment.
There is a $200 refundable deposit added to your booking after you make your request to stay. If you have an undisclosed event or party your deposit will not be refunded.
There's billiards, live music, and breweries within walking distance, perfect for a fun night out.

The Jacksonville pier is just a short 5-minute drive away. With a cheap general admission fees to walk or fish, the perfect way to spend a day.

Bicycles for use.

15 minute walk to the beach.

4 miles to Mayo Clinic.

7 miles to Hanna Park.

The space
The house has a modern design with comfortable seating. There’s controllable accent lighting inside and outside including black lights which is always entertaining for kids. The living room 55” and master bedroom 50” have smart tvs. The living room has peacock tv for standard stations. The other two bedrooms have 32” tvs with chrome cast streaming devices on them. I have a 6 filter reverse osmosis system feeding the refrigerator so there’s clean water and ice for use.
Guest access
All rooms are available to stay. The garage is not available.
We have a smart thermostat in place in this unit and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F
