Nice location and stay. Area was nice and the house was comfortable. I would only recommend there be basic cleaning supplies left for guests to help tidy up during their stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful, clean and very accommodating VRBO. The host was most helpful and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle. It is totally walkable to Pike market on the waterfront.

Great location

The property was fine. Took a minute to find the keypad. We did get a parking ticket because we were unaware of the parking situation. The manager was very cordial and answered all my questions promptly. We think that the rug under the kitchen table is a tripping hazard.

We stayed the weekend of the Michigan vs Washington football game. The location was convenient for sightseeing in DT Seattle and getting to the game. We found the unit very clean & easy to access.

Great property!

This property was very clean, and a good central location, and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just an FYI, I missed that the keypad to get into the property was actually on the door jam to the right. It blends in with the door jam. Once I look closer at the online procedure document, I finally figured it out. The online document is very detailed, but you have to go to a different site to see it. I had never done that before, so it was user error. Other than that, everything was perfect!

A wonderful place to stay in Seattle

This is a wonderful place for a visit to Seattle. We drove but think it would have been fine without a car and parking was not a problem at all. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and equipped, all in very good taste. It being on the ground floor and with no interior steps was very important for two of the people staying there. Everything worked well. The footsteps from upstairs were not very bothersome. The only potential negative I can foresee is that even though the listing says it is air conditioned, the apartment only has a portable A/C unit, which was vented out of the living room and did not seem easy to move to the bedrooms. Had it been even a little hotter, it would not have been very comfortable.

Central location, good access

Terrific place, very spacious. Owner does provide a nice check-in info link. Read it all! I stopped halfway and didn't see the door code info by doing that. Nice layout, some parking nearby. Separate access and door for the unit, which is nice. Beds were spacious. Kitchen had plenty of room. Bathroom had good space and was clean. There's a killer, low-key sushi place down the hill about 8 blocks. Probably a place I'd frequent far too much if I lived nearby. My only advice would be to have a blanket for each room or the couch. The bedroom heading units had been previously messed with and were not calibrated correctly, so we battled them a lot. It's honestly a nice place and would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location

I stayed here to attend a medical course at Seattle science foundation- RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. It was perfect. Yes- you can hear the neighbors walk around upstairs but it wasn’t bothersome at all. No loud music or voices or anything annoying. We had awesome contact with the property manager- he was very helpful. The property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was set up nicely and all appliances were working and new. Everything is there that you would need to cook a small meal. Most importantly, I was there alone for the first night before my family arrived and I felt safe. I would recommend this place and I plan on staying here again next year. Thank you!
