Welcome to "After Dune Delight". This 5-bedroom and 5-bath is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and it has been meticulously designed and furnished with no detail left undone, and it shows. Step through the front doors of the raised first level of the home and be greeted by the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders open up to the balcony, providing exceptional views of the expansive marshes and tidal creeks below. The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for making simple snacks or gourmet meals, and ample seating is available at the island and dining table. The primary bedroom is on this first level and features a king bed and a dream bathroom with his and her vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to the balcony. Also on the first level is the office for those who want to work remotely. This office has a queen Murphy bed (that can be set up prior to arrival upon request) and uses its own full bathroom with a shower. The laundry room is situated adjacent to the kitchen.
On the 2nd level, there are the 3 additional bedrooms. The 1st is another king suite with its own balcony and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd is a queen suite that includes a twin pull-out a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The last bedroom is the kid's suite with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds and a shower/tub combo.
A spectacular outdoor experience is all yours at this home with lush greenery so you can take in the views of the gorgeous marsh and Salty Dog Marina beyond the brand-new pool or separate stand-alone hot tub. At high tide, you can launch a kayak or paddle board in the tidal creek and paddle to Braddock Cove, South Beach Marina, & and Calibogue Sound.
If you aren't up for the paddle, the South Beach Marina is just a short walk away and offers shopping, dining, and entertainment, and the famous Salty Dog Café and outdoor bar!

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.
* Electric Vehicle Charger Available in the Garage.
* Elevator not for guest use.
