The Bungalow, Deluxe Villa at North Beach Clearwater

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Bungalow at North Beach is nestled in a quiet, seaside neighborhood; the first of 3 units. This spacious two bedroom unit sleeps 6 comfortably. You will have access to a backyard patio with a grill and seating.. Enjoy the incredible Gulf of Mexico sunsets with beach access barely a block away. Just a short drive or walk to the bus stop to pick up the Jolly Trolley and visit the dozens of beach bars and restaurants along the barrier islands.

So many things accessible by foot or car. The Jolley Trolley is a fun way to get around. Want to do things on your own time? Call and reserve a golf cart to be delivered by Happy's Golf Cart Rentals. The golf carts can be used throughout Clearwater Beach and all along the Pinellas barrier Islands.
Only Guest at time of reservation are allowed to stay the night. All other guest must leave no later than 11:00 a.m.

Please keep the place as clean as possible upon leaving. Place all used towel in the bathroom laying on the tub. Leave used beds, including sofa bed, unmade. Please empty all garbage and place in the outside trash bins.

NO WILD OR LOUD PARTIES. If we are notified by the Neighbors, or the Police are called to the house. You and your guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Pet Policy's If you have a pet with you, they must be listed as a guest in your booking in order to pay the pet fee. All your Pet's doggy Poo Must be cleaned up by you, and please do not allow your pets to dig holes. If our Cleaners have to clean up after them and report holes in the yard it will cost you an additional $250.

All our units are 100% nonsmoking. If our cleaning crew notices any smoke smell from marijuana, tobacco, or any other smokable substance you will be charged an additional fee of $250 for disinfection and ozone treatment.

Perfect for Us!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot near the beach and within walking distances of the main Clearwater Beach shops, Frenchy’s and the pier. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Clearwater vacation

Very well located Nice home but we found cockroaches, but it seems it is normal in Florida….

Yes, roaches are common in Florida, outdoors. With the heavy rains we have had they are more active and often move indoors temporarily. We have pest control out regularly from April through Sept. Had we known you encountered some we would have had our pest control company out there immediately to eradicate them. Thank you for letting us know, we will have them out to make sure future guests don't have to deal with them. We are glad you enjoyed your stay despite of them.

Perfect Location

What a wonderful place for us and our 2 yorkies. We enjoyed the easy access to beach. This Bungalow is perfect for a small family just needing a getaway. Property owner was extremely accessible and quickly offered remedies to questions. The fully tiled house was perfect for dealing with sand from beach and any water spills. The beds were super comfortable. AC units worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends as the location can’t be beat on this one.

Great spot!

Two bedroom one bath was perfect for us and my little dog. Air conditioners in each room with remote controls were awesome. So close to the beach and tons of other activities. Parking is limited but normal for the area. Good shade…I was pleased overall. Everything functioned fine…could use a new faucet in tub due to leaking.

Property Clear water Beach

No towels for 3 people in bathroom , bathroom sink and tub drains drain slow , toilet needs to be replaced , no dressers in bed rooms to put your cloths , look like tv s missing in bed rooms . Yard needed cleaning up around property .Other than that location and beach was great .

It would have been helpful for you to let us know about the slow drains, as a plumber I would think you should know we could have remedied that quickly. In fact we had one scheduled and you told us that there was merely a stuck stopper and you fixed it so we cancelled. We had no plans to put tvs in bedrooms, it is the beach afterall, we just hadn't removed the mounts that were there when we purchased the property. Not sure what the issue was with the towels because there were plenty of towels there before you checked in, again, a simple message would have remedied that right away. The yard I messaged you about before you checked in. We had an unusual amount of rain for over a week and were not able to mow or trim before your arrival. I can assure you we have never recieved 2 stars on this unit, it is usually 5 stars, sometimes 4. We would be happy to give you a 20% discount to give us another try in the future. I can guarantee a much better outcome.
