Other great attractions include Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, and Yacht Club Public Beach.

This sunny escapade offers a great outdoor space with a screened outdoor pool where you and your loved ones can cool down and enjoy a refreshing splash during the summer months. Plenty of poolside loungers allow you to sunbathe while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. When it's time to retreat from the water, a nice poolside lounge area awaits. Turn on the gas grill and treat your guests to delicious hot dogs, burgers, or grilled veggies after a refreshing time in the pool.

As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you'll discover a beautiful open floor plan with tiled floors throughout. Choose any of the inviting sofas in the inviting living area and get ready for a cozy and entertaining evening at home. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the large TV or break out any of the board games. When mealtime comes, the gorgeous open kitchen has your back. It's complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for fast clean ups and a beautiful island with extra seating.

Things to Know
Pool can be heated for an additional charge per day of $32. There is a three-day notice required in order for the pool to reach temperature.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
