Welcome to Cozy Home! Located just minutes from downtown Sister Bay & Adventure Golf, our tranquil haven offers the perfect blend of convenience & relaxation. Enjoy your mornings in the open-concept living room with tall windows overlooking the private wooded backyard. In the evenings, have fun playing air hockey & board games. With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and ample parking in the 2-car garage, this home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The spacious backyard features a fire pit for your enjoyment.

LIVING ROOM
Step into the inviting living room, basking in natural light pouring through tall windows that provide stunning views of the surrounding trees. Unwind and relax by the electric fireplace, and indulge in your favorite shows on the 65" HDTV.

KITCHEN
The main floor boasts a newly renovated kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal. You'll find an extensive selection of dishes and utensils at your disposal, ensuring a delightful cooking experience.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Located in the basement, the first bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bed, providing ample sleeping space for a restful night. You'll also find a convenient closet in this room to store your belongings.

On the main floor, the second bedroom awaits with a luxurious king bed, a spacious closet, and an attached bathroom. For added convenience, there is an additional sink located in the bedroom, outside the bathroom. Sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite shows on the available TV.

Also on the main floor, the third bedroom is beautifully furnished with two queen beds and a spacious closet, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

In addition, the fourth bedroom on the main floor provides a cozy full bed and a closet for your convenience.

Each of our well-appointed bedrooms is designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable visit.

Great home close to Sister bay, hiking and beaches. Well equipped with everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. Basement area had a nice separate bedeoom and hangout area.

Beautiful Home/Location

We went here for a girls work trip and were very happy with the home we stayed in. It was very spacious and very well decorated. The location is also great for local entertainment. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very accessible and checked in regularly to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Sister Bay

This property checked all our boxes for our family summer vacation. (Ages 3-80). Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Extremely clean and well maintained. Close to dozens of activities such as mini golf, the farm, the trolley ride, shopping, restaurants, the beach and boat rentals. I would recommend this rental for a great fun-filled experience.

Sister Bay Gem

This property was wonderful for our group of 12. The owners have taken great care to provide many necessities for our stay- fully stocked kitchen with supplies and a nice coffee bar. We occasionally walked to the downtown area. When going to the beach, it was necessary to drive so we could take all of our beach gear. Lovely quiet neighborhood with wooded areas all around.

Location & Space

Excellent stay! The location was perfect, it was only a short walk to Sister Bay. We enjoyed the firepit and air hockey table. Beds were comfortable. The basement has some noise from the plumbing, not bad but if you are a light sleeper, sleep upstairs. Kitchen was great if you want to make some meals at home. Very thoughtful coffee setup. Neighborhood is beautiful!

Short getaway in a private setting

There was no grill outside as listed in the amenities and the yard was not cut or trimmed near the fire pit. Having a separate space in basement was great, great amount of kitchenearebeds/showedownstairs was great

Family Stay in Sister Bay

We cannot say enough good things about this property! Our adult children, young grandsons and ourselves stayed for two nights. Everything was high end from the kitchen to large TV's and topped off with an air hockey table. We had everything we needed. The open concept was great for prepping and enjoylng meals. One of our favorite things was sitting on the deck. When sitting in the living room, you could see only woods out the window which was relaxing. There are neighbors on both sides but you don't see them because of the way they are located. It is very quiet even though you are only minutes from town. The owners went out of their way to make check-in easy for us and provided little extras for our grandsons. They wanted us to be comfortable and relax; which we did. Communication was smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this property! They care about their renters!
