Ocean Beach Fire island, Spring, Summer and Fall 2024 dates available!

The home is an A-Frame house which is about 1500 sq feet inside and has two outdoor decks one out back one above the house. It is located in Ocean Beach, NY, 4 houses from the Atlantic Ocean, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. We remodeled the home a few years ago and there are views of the ocean from the upper deck. The bathrooms offer great amenities such a Kohler Rain Shower to Jacuzzi tub/shower. It is a 10 minute walk into town where all the restaurants/shops and bars are located.
The space
Recently remodeled and expanded living room with new colors, new 42x16 air conditioner in the living room keeps house cool on hot days. You have 4 bedrooms, nice outdoor deck outside with outdoor shower and a deck above the house with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Recently added new lounge chairs for the outdoor deck.

This home is located in the Village of Ocean Beach, a family friendly community that features life guarded beaches, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground. Ocean Beach is the unofficial capitol of Fire Island. Its commercial district is the largest on the island, spanning 7 blocks across the length of Bay Walk and featuring a number of restaurants, bars, and shops. This home has everything you may need for a private and tranquil beach vacation.

In the front and middle bedrooms there are single trundle beds that pull out underneath from main bed.
