Excellent accommodation

We were visiting our son's family for 3 weeks from the UK and were so glad we found poolside for our accommodation. The place was everything we'd hoped for and Monica and Rob were the perfect hosts. Will definitely be booking here on our next visit.

Beautiful, Quiet and Private

We only stayed one night and wish it would have been more! The beds were so very cozy! I slept on the pull out bed and was so pleasantly surprised! We hope to stay again on our next LA adventure!

Perfect In Every Way

Great location, quiet neighborhood, perfect size and a beautiful, well appointed apartment. Loved everything about this place and Rob and Monica have thought of everything. We will definitely go back as we visit the area at least once or twice a year.

Perfect for a couple!

Lovely poolside property with terrific bathroom and nice kitchen all well appointed. We took advantage of the convenient washer and dryer. It felt very private but we enjoyed getting to know Monica the host. Planning to return here on our next trip into town. Minerva & James

Amazing guest house

This guest house is a perfect place for a getaway. Monica and Rob were very prompt to respond to any questions we had. The house is modern, meticulously clean, and made us feel very much at home. They have thought of every detail in striving to make their guests comfortable. This is an absolute must stay if you’re headed to the Glendale/Burbank area.

This adorable house is not only conveniently located in Burbank (close to frway and cute eatery row)- it’s also a little paradise. Quiet, private and all the conveniences of home. Hosts, Robert and Monica nice and responsive. Felt totally taken care of. Can’t wait to return.

Separate Entrance to Bathroom

i start with this because it is good to know if you are a group of three… while that is a great feature, it is just a small piece of an amazing home. Great vibe, kind people cool parks near by and yummy food close-ish. i highy recommend this spot. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your home.

Fantastic LA Getaway!

We LOVED our stay at this poolside getaway! It was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. The contemporary decor and clean property were excellent! It was so nice to have access to a kitchen, a living space and still have a separate bedroom. The outdoor patio area is serene. The lounge area, refreshing pool and relaxing jacuzzi were just what we needed when we returned from a full day sightseeing in LA. The owners were very accommodating and helpful! We would definitely recommend it to friends and hope to come back again someday!

Perfect oasis to get away

It was impeccable. The decor was perfect and calming. The outside pool with jacuzzi was a great plus. It was close enough to many things, but not so close you heard the highway. Rob and Monica take great pride in their home and their VRBO. The pictures of the property don't do it justice. It is really much nicer.

A Lovely Guesthouse

My husband and I were delighted with this sweet perfect guesthouse. It looks newly build and so well designed. We spent 8 nights, cooked meals, used the jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. We had plenty of privacy but also had access to our hosts as needed (like to heat up the Jacuzzi). We love Glendale, and specifically this neighborhood. The guesthouse is an easy walk to Brand Park and to Kenneth Village where got breakfast one day and lunch another day. There are plenty of markets nearby, restaurants, and studios. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home away from home!

Was out from the east coast visiting my son. I couldn’t have found I nicer place. It’s more beautiful in person than what the pictures show! The owners thought of every detail & the guest house is so very welcoming. Communication from the owners was fantastic & I appreciate the message they sent me checking in with me to make sure everything was ok. Well lit private entry with all of the amenities you would need. I wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely patio & pool area but really hope to stay here again when I’m in Cali visiting my son. Thank you for a wonderful & relaxing place to stay!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

Never have I felt more compelled to write a review! Rob and Monica are INCREDIBLE hosts and their poolside guesthouse is AMAZING!! We were hesitant to book because the listing was new to VRBO and had no reviews. Don’t let this stop you! Everything is perfect! The property is close to all the area activities but far enough to give you a peaceful place to relax. The guesthouse is spotless and beautifully decorated. Our college daughter said the pull out sofa was more comfortable than her own bed at home. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They really have thought of everything to provide a home away from home. Bonus…Rob and Monica are the kindest people! Quick to respond to any questions but never intrusive. Thanks again for an amazing stay and we hope to stay again in the future!

It's private & poolside. You can enjoy your coffee or cocktail in the private patio, BBQ, relax in the jacuzzi, watch movies, cook a nice meal, and/or have a game night. You can visit the local park, which is a historical landmark, walk to the local village for coffee or a bite to eat, and/or go hiking at the nearby trails that are at our doorstep.
