The condo was clean and accommodating. Great location on the beach. A little hiccup with the room code upon check-in, but the issue was quickly resolved. We lacked one dishwasher pod in order to run off the dishwasher upon our departure. I understand completely that that was our responsibility, but it would have been a lovely courtesy to be able to get one more pod upon our departure. I suggest everyone staying with Benchmark to make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc if you plan to stay more than a few days. If you will do lots of cooking, which we did, bring extra kitchen cleaning items. Our stay overall was a very good experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was in a perfect location, clean, and with plenty room of room. Will definitely be back. Would like to see more than two rolls of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. The beds were so comfortable, just the sheets came off the corners of the bed every night. Had to stand outside and wait 20 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning past our check in time. Other than this, it was perfect!

Cute, SMALL,. Good for 2 people. 2 couples at the most. We had 3 adults. 2 rows of umbrella set ups before Memorial Day! Too crowded. Have to fight for front row. One person in office is especially unfriendly, (on site ). Crabby!! A few minor things missing. Pot holders, only one hair dryer. VERY Small bathrooms!!! We made the most of it! Oh, can’t cross over property lines anywhere on 30 A supposedly. That is frustrating ! Anyway, will look for less crowded property.

Easter Get-Away

Perfect oceanfront spot to relax and savor the Easter weekend holiday . We especially enjoyed the views, relaxed atmosphere , daily beach chair & umbrella service , ease of getting to great restaurants, and a residence where everything worked !!!! Thank you!!!

Location, location, location. Loved being right on the beach. It was so relaxing listening to the ocean 24 hours a day. Beach chairs were icing on top.

Seaside retreat

Enjoyed the condo and pool. I only had two problems. No bath mat or shower mat to prevent slipping. No grab bars either. My other problem was the bed - too high! I'm 5’8” and had trouble climbing in - bought a step stool.

Fall Beach Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, which is what we were looking for in this trip. Beachcrest is an older mid rise with very limited amenities, if your looking for beach time and access to close restaurants this is the place. Our unit 604, had minimum amenities which were sufficient for our trip, there are no ceiling fans and decor was minimum. The balcony furniture is nothing special and would have expected more. The mattresses were worn and need to be replaced. Overall great location and beach was great, otherwise everything else is mediocre.

Beautiful and spacious.

Beautiful place. Bathrooms are kinda small but it worked well for us. I used one and the hubs used the other. Clean and spacious. We had a great time and hated to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, great beach access, and convenient to everything. There was a power outage in the area while we were there and the management company was great about communicating how long it was expected to be out. The only draw back we had was that the master bedroom did not have a curtain or shade on the sliding glass door to the balcony. We finally figured out that we could pull the exterior storm slider and that helped with the sun shining in brightly in the morning. The condo was pretty clean for being older, nothing to complain about. We had a blast and will come back for many more years.

The best part was the ease in going to the beach and not having to hurry to get beach chairs and set up - The chairs being included with your stay is a big plus when older or have little ones. The location was perfect, lots of little shops and places to eat. The heated pool was also a plus because the water was still a little to cool to get in and enjoy. The one and only complaint I have is there was no shade in the master bedroom and the sun came pouring in the morning. I believe it was broke and the owners may be in the process of having it replaced. Overall it was a very nice weekend get away.
