Welcome to ocean front living! Enter to find kitchen with eat-in counter, dining room, living room and outside deck all adjacent for maximum ocean views and sounds. The dining table is large enough for group meals or cocktails and games while you relax and enjoy your stay on the beautiful beach of Brigantine. The living room is spacious and opens up to the outside deck to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap. The outside deck has second access off of the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, second TV and full private bath. The laundry and second bathroom are between the two bedrooms and central to the common living spaces. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds for max sleeping. Outdoor storage unit with beach chairs and cart. The ground level of the complex has covered parking, one assigned parking space and access to the outside shower.

The unit was perfect for us. Immaculately clean with an airy open beach atmosphere. We spent a lot time on balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and dunes. We contacted Jeanette several times with questions and she responded immediately! She is very pleasant to work with. One of our best vacations ever!

Beautiful condo

This was our second year staying at the condo and we love it. It is very clean and that is very important to me. Even though the dune had a little more growth this year, we still had a good view of the ocean. The condo feels like a home and is decorated with lovely furnishings. We're looking forward to our 2026 visit.

We absolutely loved this vacation! Location is fantastic! View from master bedroom and balcony is amazing! Quick walk to family friendly beach. Elevator makes move in/out easier! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect! We really enjoyed it. Right on the beach with wonderful views of the dunes and the ocean. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, the balcony was perfect, the living and dining room very nice. The second bedroom is a little cramped with the queen bed plus the set of bunk beds. The master bedroom is a nice size. I would definitely stay here again, though I would probably bring my own bath towels--the ones supplied are a little thin.

Condo was great, storage locker had beach toys my neice was very appreciative of!We had a nasty storm one night and the host reached out to make sure all was well. The right size and space we needed and SO close to the beach!

Wonderful! Perfect location, building and condo were clean, well appointed. King sized bed, comfy couches, and living space were perfect. All appliances functioned well. My sunburned daughter appreciated the soaker tub! The welcome book had all the info we needed and more. It’s apparent that the hosts really care about their guests! They even got us balloons, a card, and treat for our anniversary. Super sweet. Door lock was easy to use. Roku TVs in each room were great when we wanted to wind down at night. The storage unit had plenty of beach equipment too— the beach cart was a lifesaver! We’d love to come back.

Location, location. Location

What an incredible stay! As stated in the description, you can see AND hear the ocean-plus, plus. The check-in was flawless, and the host; very attentive. The condo was well stocked and very clean. I particularly enjoyed not having to bring linens, and a set of towels for each bed. There were beach tags and beach necessities(chairs, cart, umbrella and toys). And the best part-the beach entrance was only steps from the building.

Just Okay with host being unhelpful

Loved Brigantine NJ. Nice town. The host was not helpful and the listing is not accurate. There is room for 6 people but only given 2 wash cloths, 6 towels and told there was a washer and dryer. If I had known ahead of time I would have brought some. Instead I was left with the choice of washing every day or buying some. There wasn’t enough Toilet paper either or other supplies. The listing is misleading as it should state starter supplies and not that they provide the items. When I’m on vacation I don’t want to be doing laundry every day or worrying about getting supplies that I could have packed. While the property was clean, it was not deep clean as there were stains in bathrooms and built up dirt on floors.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day week. Everything was well communicated on the listing and the condo was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch and the close proximity to the beach. You can't beat this location!

All you need are your clothes, a beach towel, and food. This is my second year at this beachfront condo, and it does not disappoint. In fact, I have already booked again for next year. The owner has created a beautiful environment for your stay.

Beautiful Brigantine Oasis

We had a fabulous week at Brigantine! The property was clean, comfortable with wonderful views of the ocean! We loved hearing the ocean as we ate dinner on the spacious balcony. We can't wait for next year. I highly recommend this property.

Beachfront Bliss

LOVE LOVE LOVE this unit! The location could not be any better. The ocean views and the morning sunrise are incredible. The walk to the beach is short. The property manager has thought of everything from beach tags to a binder full of information and menus. There was even a charging station along with a welcome gift waiting for us. The Master bedroom king size mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. We did not use the second bedroom but it was exactly as pictured. We appreciated not having to bring linens. We were worried about the lack of a walk in shower but the main bathroom had a tub that was very easy to climb in and out of. One word of advice is to be careful on the rolling dining chairs as they tip over easily. Don't try to reach down for a dropped napkin! The kitchen appliances were clean and easy to use. The icemaker didn't seem to work but there are ice trays that worked fine. The elevator and covered parking made it easy to transport all our belongings up to the condo. We chose to keep our beach chairs in the car as the parking is right by the beach access. Everything was clean, organized and well taken care of. We loved staying here and plan to return.

Beautiful, clean and convenient!

The property was just as described in the listing. It was beautiful, clean and spacious with easy access to the beach. It was just my partner and me but with the second bedroom it would have been big enough to host a family of 4-6. Absolutely loved our stay and the time at the shore!

Quiet beach vacation

The location is amazing. only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean and beautiful with plenty of games and beach toys for the kids to use. Communication with the property manager and /or owner was excellent! We highly recommend this condo

Perfect

Absolutely love Brigantine. A laid back beach community with great restaurants and relaxing surfer vibe. The condo was beautiful and beach was a very short walk. We visited the stranding center and took a quick trip to Margate to tour Lucy. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a great getaway girls mini-trip. We will be back!

Excellent Property and Location

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Peaceful, quiet, very clean and all the amenities you could want. Owners certainly paid attention to detail when furnishing and supplying this property. Excellent communication with property owner/property management. We went for a relaxing long weekend and it did not disappoint. Minute walk to beach, wake up to the sunrise, drink your coffee on the porch and listen to the ocean. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again .

Great beach getaway!

This was the perfect place to relax for a week at the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We loved it.
