Find a true desert retreat at this beautiful Palm Springs home, ideally located only a mile from downtown. This property provides you with your own garden oasis - one with a private pool and spa, a personal putting green, and lovely patios in both sun and shade.
This single-story home boasts a wonderful location whether you're planning to shop, golf, hike, or simply bask in your desert surroundings. The main hub of Palm Canyon Drive - home to restaurants, nightlife, mid-century antique stores, and the Palm Springs Art Museum - is one mile west, as is scenic Tahquitz Canyon. World-class golf courses, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (eight miles), and the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens (13 miles) are all within an easy drive.
The private backyard is truly something special, with a pool, a spillover spa, and trickling fountains offering a respite from the afternoon sun. Light the gas grill for an evening barbecue, dine in the welcome shade of the arbor, and linger outside for sunset in the warmth of the firepit on the patio.
The house is a natural place for mingling, with large rooms, ample seating, and lovely natural light. There's both a formal living room up front and more casual family room attached to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area - both with their own cable TV.
In the evenings, choose between three bedrooms (all with TVs), one of which is a primary suite. Additional features of the house include central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi.

1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa.
