About this space
Looking for a calming getaway just steps to the beach? Seascape is a 3 br 1 1.5 ba renovated home with water views but still maintains the bungalow charm. Fully fenced in yard with room to relax. Grill, chill by an open fire, or take a kayak ride on the sound. Enjoy the beach then rinse off in the outdoor shower or catch a nap on the porch. A quiet community you can stroll to a park, splash pad and local seaside dining. Pet friendly with fee. Close to shopping or the nightlife and restaurants of New Haven.
The space
Lots of lounging and dining spaces inside and out. Laundry is in kitchen area. Attention to sanitation. Desk space for working, if you must. Indoor fireplace is decorative only but there is an outdoor gas firepit to enjoy. Your beach access is right out our gate and down a private driveway. Parking for two cars in driveway or street parking with pass.

PET POLICY- We allow well behaved animals with a nonrefundable fee of $200.

We love to travel and stay in airbnb's because it gives that a homey experience. We realized that we could show people how great our area is too. We have three grown children and a pup named Cooper.

This neighborhood is so special. There is always someone out walking or biking. People are so friendly. It is a private beach but also down the street from public beach with so many amenities like a splash pad, playground, volleyball nets, bocci.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Our home is so just 50 steps to access a private beach. Please be sure to respect the privacy of others on the sand by staying below the high tide mark when using the beach. The waves are so nice and makes kayaking or swimming so easy. And taking a private outdoor shower is such a fun experience.
