Bring the whole family or a group of friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. This spacious new construction home has five bedrooms plus expansive indoor and outdoor, including a pool, entertaining areas. The primary bedroom comes with a king sized bed and fireplace as well as a large ensuite bathroom. The house also has three guest suites with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. It also has the perfect spot for children - a bunk room with two twin beds and a full-sized bed.

This home was absolutely gorgeous and perfect location! The large dining space, hot tub, and kitchen were some of our favorite spaces. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and pristine. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely and well designed property. Very much enjoyed the openness of the home and well thought out floor plans. The owner and property manager were both helpful and responsive.

This home is beautiful and designed well to accommodate a group stay with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Dream backyard was excellent for peaceful relaxation, games and fireside chats. The hosts are very accessible and informative to ensure the stay is memorable and enjoyed by all. One note is to be mindful caring for the unique stone island and marble breakfast table. Loved this venue.

The host responded quickly to any questions during our stay. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the living space optimal for multiple couples staying together. Most of our time at the house was spent outdoors because it was our favorite feature. From the pool to the outdoor lounge area (exactly as pictured). If we find ourselves returning to Fredericksburg we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had the best time at the Wine Down Farmhaus! Everything was very clean and accommodating. We had young children with us and it was very family friendly (gates on the stairs, etc). We appreciated the many thoughtful touches and the quick and helpful communication from the host. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Winedown Farmhouse! We had our annual Mahjong girls getaway here and cannot say enough good things. The house is exactly as pictured and described. From the expansive kitchen that is well equipped to the beautiful bedrooms and backyard, you cannot go wrong staying here! Highly Recommend. Vivian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay!

House was perfect for our family gathering for Thanksgiving! Well stocked kitchen, great outdoor area, perfect area to play cards and games. Plenty of chairs and toys for little ones. Overall great place to stay and visit some wonderful wineries! Would highly recommend

Perfect Outdoor Space

I booked this property for a getaway for our small office family. I chose this house for the outdoor space incase the weather did not cooperate. The home owner helped me get in touch with a local chef who came in and cooked us dinner. The house is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We got some firewood and really enjoyed the outdoor space. I would definitely go back.

Best rental ever

Nothing about this house dissappointed us. The house itself is gorgeous, well made and just amazing. Interior doors are all solid core for noise reduction, all rooms had blackout blinds which was amazing. The whole house is managed by an app, pool temp, hot tub temp, built-in speakers can be connected to from app and your music sources. House was very well stocked with nice dishes, glass wear, etc. I've rented many vacation homes on VRBO and this is probably the best we've stayed at. And we've stayed at other nice ones as well. House is 1.5 blocks off main on the west end.Owners/managers were very attentive and answered any questions - even though all the data was in their guide in the house. I missed it because friends took over and handled everything for me. We got married there, had only 10 of us and it was perfection!
