This house has a beautifully large fenced in and landscaped front yard and outdoor covered seating with Pond view. The back of the house has amazing view of the golf course. Located in the scenic town of Pine Knoll Shores, attractions such as Fort Macon, and the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are just moments away.

Garage Level One (2-3 steps up from ground level). Bedrooms 1-4 all have a queen beds. The master bedroom has a private, designer bath with a claw foot tub and oversized glass shower and access from the bedroom to the backyard and patio and outdoor shower. Two additional shared baths complete the home. The open living area exits to the backyard and patio from sliding glass doors and also flows into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has ample counter space and a breakfast bar, new GE profile microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (ice maker included), stove and gas cooktop all stainless steel appliances. Seating for 6 in the dining area overlooks the golf course backyard vista.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! No cats, please. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
