Lower unit of a duplex. Entire 900sqft apartment is yours, no shared spaces. 2 bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with full and twin sized beds.

Guests access the apartment via a private keyless entrance using a unique code. There is space for 5 cars in your dedicated driveway.

No unregistered guests.

We do not allow any smoking/vaping on or in the property whatsoever. Any traces of smoke found on the premises will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Broken or damaged furniture/linens will be charged to the guest for extra cleaning or replacement. This includes sheets stained by food, beverages, tanning products, and makeup.

Any damage due to pets will be charged to the guest for extra cleaning or replacement.

No illegal activity allowed on the premises.
