Excellent condo

As always, our stay was great and the condo is immaculate. You won't be sorry staying in what we think is the best location at Royal Mansions, being on the corner right next to the walkway to the beach. The beach is awesome, very flat and easy to walk on. Angie is always right on top of everything and has been a pleasure for us to rent from her.

Fantastic stay. Awsome location. Condo was every thing you will need & more. All kitchen supplies you would need and in new condition. If i had a complaint it would be pool & hut tub not working properly Hosts wera Fantastic had a small issue they were there within the hour to resolve

Relaxing Beach vacation

The property was immaculate and very up to date. Steps to the pool and beach. Our host provided us with all the necessities we needed and additional snacks. She was also very easy to get in contact with.. responded right away to any questions we had . The only thing that is not in the unit is a washer and dryer. However, there is one on the property and our host provided us with laundry detergent. We would definitely stay here again .

Stupendous

Ideal in every way….easy access to the beach and pool. The sounds from the pool didn’t bother me….I enjoyed sitting on the porch w my book! A dimmer switch for the sitting room and dining area would be nice (I am light sensitive at times) The overall “lightness” of the unit was perfect….I really could not have stayed in any of the other units I visited. Angie and I have nearly identical taste in furnishings right down to the placemats! It was a true ‘home away from home” for me. I have already booked for next year!

Super condo

You'll find everything you need in this beautiful condo! It's a ground floor, so no stairs to climb and right by the pool and walkway to the beach. It's a corner unit so you have more room on your patio. This is our "home away from home" every winter and Angie makes sure we always have everything we need and she's very prompt if any issues arise. We love it and know that you will too!

Great place to stay

The condo was absolutely perfect. It was clean, quiet, close to the pool and beach, and had some nice extras like a welcome basket. Angela was great to work with and quick to respond to an incident on the Vrbo side. If ever in the area again, I would definitely stay in this condo and will recommend it to others.

Loved this property!

We booked this last minute for a family vacation. It was wonderful. The unit was beautiful and clean. It is on the first floor so convenient to the pool and beach but yet private. We have a 9 year old and 16 year old and it worked perfect for us. Everything we needed was there. We went by the restaurants left in the binder- Cocnuts on the Beach was our favorite- we ate there twice! It felt like a private beach, not crowded at all. Our oldest left at the end of the week for a cruise with her friend and we were able to watch them sail out while on the beach. We also were lucky enough to watch a rocket launch from the beach! Angie checked on us and reminded us of the launch. We will definitely come back!!

Week getaway

Amazing week, the condo,pool, hot tub and the grounds were very clean. Angela’s foresight and care for her guest with the stocking of the essentials and a few extra goodies. Would stay with Angela again, didn’t want to leave.

Perfect!

We loved this condo! The location was absolutely amazing. It was centrally located to many amazing spots. Awesome food close by, BEAUTIFUL beach, and rocket launches to see right on the boardwalk. We actually met the owners due to an issue that was not the owners fault whatsoever and they were SO kind and on top of their place. You can tell how much they care about their home and their guests. Angie is so responsive and helpful-she goes out of her way to make sure things are above par for your stay. We loved all the extras-we didnt really need to bring much. You have lots of TP, laundry soad, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels and many other items.The welcome book was so thoughtful and it gave you great places and adventures to check out. The welcome basket was also so very nice. The condo itself is beautiful we really did not want to leave. The pool was also very nice! You could see the beach and pool from the condo...that was amazing. I would highly recommend this condo with these amazing owners. My husband and I would love to rent this in the future. Im so glad they share their slice of paradise. Thank you!!

Perfection!

This unit has it all! Beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean, and location, location, location!! My husband and I had such a relaxing and enjoyable get away for our anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks to Angela (the owner) we were told there would be two lift offs from Cape Canaveral and a boat race the weekend we were here! You can’t go wrong booking this beautiful condo! Would definitely love to return!!

Wonderful vacation!

A beautiful place to stay for a beach vacation. We loved the location, just a few steps from the pool, or a quick boardwalk trip to the beach. Lots of things to do in the area. The resort was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Our favorite home away from home

We have been coming to Royal Mansions for 12 years. This unit is the best, in our opinion. It's a corner unit which gives you more room on your patio, it's by the pool and next to the walkway to the beach. Inside you will find it beautifully decorated. Angie is a wonderful host and extremely kind and very responsive. We feel like family when we are here. She has worked very hard to make your experience here a very memorable one. You only need your clothes as there is everything you will need to make your stay wonderful including beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of books, lots of storage space, beautiful kitchen appliances with great pots and pans for cooking and well stocked with all you need for utensils. There is a futon by the sliding glass door which gets a lot of morning sun and I loved sitting there in the morning with my hot lemon water! Don't hesitate to stay here! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did! We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful modern condo on the beach

This renovated and beautifully decorated condo is on the ground floor of a quiet complex right on the beach. The pool and spa were right outside our door. Peaceful walks on the beach and a rocket launch were highlights of our stay. Our host Angie was very responsive helpful and kind. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Cannot say anything negative about this condo. The VRBO were accurate. Owners even had a porta crib, as well as chairs for the beach. Rental was nicely done, would rent this one again

Wonderful!

Our stay was top notch! We were welcomed with a super easy checkin and a basket of snacks. Condo had all the beach chairs and toys we needed, and comfortable beds too. Location is amazing. Only wish would be a dryer in the unit (there is one on property and they had plenty of hooks inside to hang towels... but.....) Overall a fantastic stay, Will definitely be back!

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Came for our friend’s launch and had the best time. This condo is perfect in every way. Our hosts thought of everything, from beach chairs and umbrellas to chip clips for our snack bags. Beautiful renovation on the condominium and spotlessly clean. Also a wonderful location.
