Este ático con vista al mar tiene 2 dormitorios en pisos separados con sus propios baños. Puede relajarse en una amplia sala de estar o en el balcón donde puede ver el océano. Puede preparar todas sus comidas en la cocina y hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4. Esta unidad también cuenta con wifi privado, lavadora y secadora, y se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Nice location, close to pool & beach. Worth mentioning there are steps to get up to entrance and once inside condo there are steps up to main floor. Nice, clean and comfortable. Hosts are very responsive

I didn't use the pool as the water was cold. The hot tub was great. The ocean water was lovely. The unit was set back 3 units so the biew was a gorgeous distant shot of the water, but it was easy to see cruise ships come and go and rockets launched. The beach was very nice and not too crowded with great views. It beach is a short walk down a pier. The resort is elegant and the unit nicely decorated.
View from the balcony and on the opposite side of the pool so it is quiet.

We just spent a wonderful 2 months in this unit. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is small but well-equipped even for a lengthy stay. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony, and you can watch cruise ships emerging from the Canaveral Canal and see rockets flying from the Space Center. The area is quiet and the beach is uncrowded but you're only a short drive from restaurants and stores. The host was very responsive to a small issue we had. I highly recommend you stay here!

Vacation and visiting family.

Love the condo complex. Have stayed on property 3 different times in the last 3 years. Enjoyed our stay. Quite, clean, easy to get to, and very close to our Florida family. Love being steps away from the beach and being able to hear the waves and see the ocean from the balcony.

Great place in a great location!

We spent two months in Fred and Lisa's condo. Location was just steps from the uncrowded beach, with a view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed watching cruise ships emerge from the Port and saw some rocket launches from the Cape. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped even for a lengthy stay. We highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic condo on a great beach!

The condo is just as advertised, and has everything one would need for a great getaway! The property faces north, so we were fortunate to sit on the balcony and watch a night time rocket launch, which was awesome! We had a small maintanence issue, and the owners were very easy to get a hold of, responsive, and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, another wonderful stay at this condo!

Fabulous rental! Definitely rent again!

Fred and Lisa were fantastic! Communication was excellent and checkin was super easy. Unit was clean and very well stocked with linens, dishes, and beach supplied. Great balcony view and close to pool and beach. WiFi is really good, too. They’re currently doing repairs throughout the property so it can only get better. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! We’ll definitely rent from Lisa and Fred again!!

The house was nice .The only thing was house keeping left old bottles of shampoo in the showers. And food from the people before us in the freezer but over all it was nice.

Perfect spring break

Great condo! It had everything we needed for our week stay. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and the pool was a great option on windy days. The two floors give some extra privacy from the kids. Just be ready for the steps- we had stayed in a similar unit at the property previously so we were ready for it. The beach is great for walking- jetty pier is very close.We like watching the cruise ships and freighters coming and going. We even saw several sea turtles off the pier. We also rented bikes and rode around the neighborhood. The peacocks walking around are very interesting also.

Spacious and comfortable unit, great hosts (thanks Fred and Lisa). Very weak wifi. Could barely load webpages. Forget about streaming music or video.

Almost perfect

Couple of things caused us to rate it a 95/100 ... view from balcony was not exactly as expected, shower heads need to be updated, and key code to and from pool was a headache ... everything else was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider returning in the near future.

Great location

Lots going on. There were 3 rocket launches and lots of cruise ships to watch. There high chairs on the balcony so you can see over the wall. The pool is warm. The unit is comfortable and it looks like the appliances are new. It was nice that there were beach chairs and sand toys available. I struggled with the locks. It was hard to see the numbers and letters and there are 3 combinations to remember.

Great view of the ocean from the large balcony.The unit itself is in need of a lot of updating. The carpet on the stairs and bedroom should be replaced with a hard surface. The king mattress needs to be replaced.

Your review seriously concerns us. We work very hard to make sure our units are in excellent shape and guests leave satisfied. We spend thousands of dollars every year updating each of our properties. Most of our updates come from the suggestions of guests. Your review states that your 2 concerns are the king mattress and the carpet. Upon reading your concern, I contacted the mattress store and the current guests to inform them that I was immediately replacing the king mattress. The guest asked me not to do that...because the king mattress was very comfortable. I will continue to check with future guests so make sure the bed is comfortable. The mattress company is also checking the mattress. Before I installed the current carpeting, I wanted to change to a classier floor covering. Every contractor I talked with told me to stay with carpeting because it was the safest for steps. I will continue to look for a floor covering that is safe for steps and classier. I will move this to the top of my list. Just so you know, in the last year, we replaced the stove, replaced the main floor bedroom set, replaced a living room chair, replaced the balcony outdoor furniture and painted most of the unit.
