Our newly renovated Condo Kokomo boasts an unrivaled location as it is DIRECTLY across the street from Siesta Public Beach. A short 1-mile journey will lead you to The Village, a vibrant hub brimming with charming shops and delectable restaurants, beckoning you to embark on a delightful exploration of its offerings.

Start your mornings with a blissful cup of coffee on your own private veranda mere steps from the beach, or simply step across the street to immerse yourself in the azure ocean waters and sink your toes into the velvety white sands where you can enjoy world-renowned Siesta Key sunsets.

While our property doesn't have a pool or a hot tub, we are thrilled to highlight its prime location mere steps from the beach. The stunning beach with it's warm ocean waters just a stone's throw away offers a serene and captivating setting, creating a unique experience where you can unwind, relax, and embrace the natural beauty surrounding you. We believe that the enchanting beach will provide an extraordinary atmosphere that rivals the need for a pool, allowing you to immerse yourself in the calming sounds of the ocean and the invigorating sea breeze throughout your stay.

We are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional stay for you with the following offerings:

Excellent location for ease of access to the public beach entrance 11. The beach provisions were so handy. Communication with host was 10/10; they were quick to reply and very easy to work with. The trolley stop right on the corner was also super convenient for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and beautiful. I really liked the decor and beach vibe. Loved the beach and gulf view. Only small and easily fixable criticism is LR rug is curled up on one corner and we tripped on it all the time. My husband wanted to rotate the rug but I wouldn’t let him! Also the outdoor closet lock was very tricky, spent time try to lock every day. Great place to stay!

Great location to access the end of the public beach access. Not crowded at all! Looking down closer to parking lot, it was more crowded! Beach supplies were fantastic! Much appreciated! Trolley stop is right outside!! Easy, covered, secure parking!Laundry room definitely needs a change machine!!Couch is a jack knife sofa, not comfortable, but we put mattress on top bc apparently my son is afraid of bunk beds… who knew?! Never cooked in kitchen. It was small, but I’m sure I could have managed… but mom needed a vacation! Shower does lack water pressure. Not sure what they can do about that!

Perfect Getaway

Amazing quick stay, can’t beat the location, condo was cute, clean and equipped with basic needs for stay. Having access to beach supplies was a major plus. Host was pleasant and fast to communicate with. Perfect stay for 4th of July to watch the fireworks right from patio. Highly recommend!

Beach vibes

Finding the property and parking spot after driving from Tampa Airport was incredibly easy. The location is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood made it even better. Being right across the street from the stunning Siesta Key Beach was the highlight—it truly couldn’t be more ideal.Inside the apartment, everything was clean, cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even though it’s on the ground floor, the beach view from the apartment is still a treat for the eyes. If you enjoy walking, it’s about a 15-minute stroll to Siesta Key Village, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, small shops, and a market.My daughter and I walked the full stretch of the beach to and from the Village and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening. The AC unit is a bit noisy, but I’d take that over no AC in Florida any day. Already planning my next trip!

First time in Siesta and this condo did not disappoint! Perfect location, plenty of room, super clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to Siesta village or you have the opportunity for free frog shuttle! Ocean view and just steps to the beach. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this place! Beachy decor, clean and perfect location! It had everything we needed. The ocean is in view from the front patio and everything is walkable or the Breeze transit is free! right outside the building

We loved our time here. Exactly as presented in the listing. The beach vibe decor was perfect for our vacation mode. Cannot beat the location, waking up to see the ocean each day was glorious. We were very happy with this property. Great access to the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We were a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and everyone had a great night sleep. Easy to get to places. Beautiful beach. We would stay again. The host was a just a phone call away and very helpful.

I absolutely love this beautiful place. It was comfortable, charming, and immaculate. Just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops made it perfect. I also enjoyed having the kitchen that was well stopped with quality kitchenware and pantry items.I highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

Perfect location perfect weekend getaway most beautiful beach I’ve seen in the United States

This condo was absolutely adorable. It was decorated so cute. It was so close to the beach. We just walked across the street and there we were very close to the village. We rented bikes were able to get around the island on our bikes the whole weekend. We happen to look out and be right across the street also from the international Sandcastle competition, which was amazing. We had a fantastic weekend. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Beach Access

Everything was great! You won’t be disappointed. Check in was flawless, the place was very clean, charming and well stocked. Had a small issue with the back door and the manager responded to my text within 10 minutes. We will absolutely stay again!
