Welcome to the happiest home in Pawleys Island! Sunnyside Up is a bright and joyful home just minutes from the marsh and beach. When you're here, you're meant to feel like a local. Relax, unwind, gather, getaway - Easy to do with our fully stocked kitchen, beach essentials, toiletries, linens, kayaks, bikes, and golf cart all included! Spacious, fenced backyard - bring your boat, your fur baby, or both. Slow things down and soak up the SUN at Sunnyside Up!
Our home is nestled in a well-established, residential neighborhood just before the marsh on the South Causeway of Pawleys Island. We know and love all of our neighbors! From our neighborhood, you can easily golf cart to anywhere on the island (grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc.). We are only a minute by cart to the marsh and a few more minutes from there to the beach access points.

Propietario/a: Lacey Townsend
We are the Townsend family - Lacey, Brandon, Payton, Strat and Ely. We live primarily in the beautiful mountains of Western NC; however, Pawleys Island has long been calling us home. While our youngest children finish school, we will continue to split our time between the mountains and the ocean. We are grateful to be able to share our sweet home with others who love Pawleys just as much! When not on island time, Lacey enjoys working in real estate in both North and South Carolina, helping buyers and sellers in the mountains and on the coast. Brandon is a US Air Force veteran and professional musician who also lends a hand in the real estate world. Our oldest, Payton, is soaking up life in the US Air Force in Okinawa, Japan. Our younger two, Strat and Ely, are gearing up for middle school and all that comes with it - theater, band, sports, activities galore!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The moment we laid eyes on this home, I (Lacey) knew it was the one. It reminded me of my grandaddy's home. He lived in Moncks Corner but had lived in Pawleys for some time as a child. Other family members had lived in Pawleys, as well, so in a way it felt so familiar already. The neighborhood is absolutely delightful. Our neighbors are the best, so welcoming to us, our kids and our pets. Our home was the first to be built on that block!
