Amazing reverse living home on bay block steps from Ship Bottom Waterfront Park and two blocks from the Ocean!
Upstairs living boasts two large living spaces that open up to a Chef’s Kitchen and counter bar that seats four for breakfast. Spacious Living area and dining area on opposite sides of fully open space with vaulted ceilings and endless windows that keep the whole house bright and sunny!
Sliding glass doors in the living room look out over the island and lead out to an expansive back deck with seating for dining, lounging and sunbathing.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room/mud area. Huge attached garage for two cars or for an outside hang out space (Hello teens!!)
2400 square feet of living space means you can spend time with one another, while enjoying much needed space to really relax and unwind! Couches on the fully-covered deck on the first floor are perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after coming in from the sun!
This fantastic bay-block rental is less than a block from Barnegat Bay and Ship Bottom Municipal Boat Ramp, the fishing dock (2 poles included), Waterfront Park Concerts, glorious sunsets and moonshine over the bay!
