Long Beach Island Bay View, cocina completa, 3 cuadras al mar, playa de la bahía (niños) también a poca distancia, cable, lavadora / secadora, internet HS (traer ordenador), Blu-ray con la televisión por Internet incluyendo NetFlix (un montón de DVDs también), 2 ventanas a / c de, parrilla de gas, ducha al aire libre, estacionamiento, 2 bicicletas Cruser, 4 insignias de playa. La casa está en Barnegat Av cual es una muy amplia calle con un límite de 25 mph estrictamente. Perfecto para caminar, correr y montar en bicicleta. Inquilinos maduros favor (25yrs +). Great location- close to bay and beach

Our host, John, was plea Lezant and took care of all our needs. When we had one minor issue, it did take a day to get to him, but I had also made a mistake on my phone number when I gave it to him. All in all, it was a great week!

Apparemment à Ship Bottom

C’est une belle appartement, bien située et bien équipée. Il nous manquait de rien. Malheureusement le seul problème, c’est le manque de propreté. On a dû faire un bon ménage avant de s’installer. Sommes toutes, on a passé une très belle semaine.

Great stay in Ship Bottom

John’s place is perfect for a family, with three bedrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. The home is very well stocked with all of the essentials, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The neighborhood is lovely and our dog enjoyed many walks. Close to many restaurants and ice cream.

This is a great place!

John was in contact with us as needed and the neighbors were all very friendly and loved on our dogs. Highly recommend this place!

Great Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The location is close to the bay, bay beach with playground and sunset. This house is tastefully decorated, very clean and tidy. It has many amenities. E.g. coffeemaker, crab traps, broom, mop, beach chairs, umbrella, nice size porch with table and chairs, outdoor and indoor shower, new appliances. An ice cream parlor just opened around the corner this week! It was delicious and reasonably priced. The owner is very pleasant and I highly recommend this rental!

Great pet friendly location

Great pet friendly location! Plenty of room for two families. Very very clean upon arrival and John provided so many extras that most houses don’t (paper products, soaps, laundry detergent) great dog friendly neighborhood. Our dog really enjoyed spending her days on the gates porch watching all the pups pass by. It’s a couple blocks to the beach so we decided to load up t car and drive down... parking wasn’t a problem if went early in the morning. Very close to so many restaurants/liquor stores/ markets/ shore good donuts. We really enjoyed our week!

Great house

We stayed for 3 weeks. Very close to the bay, a 2 minute walk to fantastic sunset view and an easy walk to the beach and excellent restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The house was clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay with friends and family

We were a two family staying here and it was just perfect for us. Outdoor shower was a bonus. Nice places to eat and stores within a bikes ride distance. We had a great time!

Even better than expected!

A very light, bright, and airy space with easy care floors (no carpet!). Extremely clean with large bedrooms, comfortable beds and a very well appointed kitchen including a table perfect for card playing. Great porch, outdoor shower, quiet dog-friendly neighborhood.

House is a good size for a family of 4, no more in our opinion. Very clean and bright. Bigger than we expected. It's a good long walk to beach..not really short. Wish the site told of the appliances, toiletries, and cleaning supplies that were in house. Also BRING BAGS for groceries; wish we would've know that too. Maybe owner could invest in a beach buggy/wheelie or whatever you call it, so renters can use to carry beach stuff to and from beach. Owner is lovely and kind and lives far away so make sure it's an emergency if you need him. The beach badge checkers check the badges before allowed on beach, so carry them with you. Overall very nice centrally located hpuse on island that is very children friendly! Thanks for a good week.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was very clean! The appliances were very updated!!

John, the owner met us there and gave us a rundown of all the things we needed to know! The outside shower, front deck and grill were all added bonuses!! We really enjoyed our week! The weather was perfect and the apartment was great for our family!!

Clean and convenient

The owner, John, was there to greet me and give me a walk thru. Place was perfect size and close to everything. I usually clean when I first arrive at any rental - whole place was immaculate. Bikes to use, kitchen was updated and laid out nicely. My only peeve would be the bed in master wasn't that comfortable - but I'm a bit like princess & the pea in that area so if you are like me bring a cushioned mattress topper - mine wasn't cushioned. Would def go back if they'd have us.

Great place and location.

Nice clean place, convenient to everything. Actually a nice quite neighborhood. Great dock on 12 st. Outdoor concerts, close to food and beer. 3 blocks to beach, easy walk. Got tattoos from the neighbor ( Haha). Nice owners too.

Great Apartment!!!

This is my 2nd summer renting here and this time I was on the first floor. The 1st floor is all redone and beautiful! Very clean and airy! There are A/Cs in every bedroom. One bedroom as 2 twins, while the others have a full each. The place is dog friendly which I love and my dog loved!! Very nice redone porch with pretty Adirondack chairs. Easy walk to the beach and super close to the bay. Great for walks at night. I can't wait to stay here again!

Great stay

Everything we needed for a great vacation. Quick walk to the beach. The owner was there when we arrived to get us settled in. Great house. Can't wait to visit again!

Very nice, it was what was advertised

Front porch is in the sun in the afternoon. AC in bedrooms nice. Quiet. Within walking distance to lots of local establishments. Grill was a nice amenity. Property owner very available and approachable. Would go back.

Beautiful house, great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is nicely and tastefully done, everything is clean and there is plenty of space. Window A/Cs are great for staying cool at night. Nice deck and front yard with a view of the bay. Quick walk to the bay beach, centrally located near everything in Ship Bottom, about a quarter mile walk to the ocean (about 3 blocks) but we just drove the car over. John was very nice and accommodating and met us personally at the house to give us the keys and answer any questions. Overall, a great stay!
