DIRECTO Golfo frente, PLANTA BAJA! Siesta Key, Crescent Beach Esta unidad se encuentra en nuestro edificio suroeste. Es 1.300 pies cuadrados. La unidad es de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, Rey, 2 individuales. Tiene un tamaño de sala de estar completa, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, todos los electrodomésticos, la pantalla y terraza de cristal. Wi-Fi en la unidad! La unidad cuenta con 3 televisores. Este complejo muy bien cuidado y se encuentra en la parte más ancha de una de las mejores playas de la Florida. Este complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa, y un patio pintoresco con mesa, sillas, juego de tejo. También hay una gran piscina climatizada para que usted disfrute. Disfrute de la suave arena blanca de la Media Luna Beach y sus aguas azules del Golfo para que pueda experimentar los atardeceres más fabulosas. Estancia en Island House Beach Resort y nos aseguramos que es una experiencia memorable. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, teatros, galerías, carreras de galgos. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island están a 1 hora y Disney, Epcot 21/2 horas.

I reported it to front office, but received no follow up. I got a couple, but they would run under the baseboard. Wife was not happy.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 couples in our group stayed in 1 South and they reported that the whole unit needs a deep clean and major updating. Bathrooms were dirty with mold and cracked tiles, tub was disgusting and there were bugs in both the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Reviewer Comments: We always make the best of our stay. We have been going to 1s for the last 10 years. We love Siesta key. But the unit is a real dump, so many things wrong and the owner does not care to up grade! Electric outlets in master do not work, floor slopes. Tiles need to replaced. Wallpaper in bath is peeling off toilet not flushing right, mold on ceiling. Fan in twin bedroom needs to be fixed. Only good thing is the location.

The units vary in upkeep, but typically we have no major issues. 1S is a great unit with awesome views and beach access. It is in need of remodeling, but heard that is already scheduled. The unit is a little different as one bedroom doesn't have an adjoing bathroomm, but no huge issue.

Great views but very dirty and poorly managed apartment

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, this is the first year at island house after 15 years of going to another complex. We came to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. Upon arrival, we instantly noticed the dust pile on all the furniture, including in the rooms, and fans. The master bedroom had mold surrounding the air vent and a huge black spot on the ceiling. The rooms also had carpets which contained a plethora of sand. The sliding glass door to access the beach was completely broken. This was a huge hassle for the family. We called maintenance and all they did was put WD-40 which lasted a few open and closing of the door. After the first night, we all woke up with runny noses. The inside of the window in the master bedroom was completely cracked and raised concerns for safety. WIm de We will not be returning as we did not enjoy our stay. For the price of the unit, this is NOT worth it. We tried to advise the property manager upon check out but was advised they were not there. We are also sending the property manager the pictures of the condition of the unit. Kindly forward this to the unit owners and make them aware of these conditions.

We love Siesta Key and being able to have such a wonderful view and proximity to the beach, is definitely priceless!I didn't have any problem with Property Management. I just asked a few questions and they responded right away. Now, the apartment needs major renovation! The back doors wouldn't lock, the blinds were not in good shape, some outlets were not working, bulbs needed to be changed, etc. The carpet in the rooms were not my favorite.Overall, the experience was great because we had a blast in our vacation, but I would have definitely preferred to stay on a place a little more updated and better taken care of.

The unit itself need some updating. The carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be replaced with tiles. The hall bathroom needs upgrades. Not enough wine glasses!!! All of this can be overlooked just by sitting on the lanai and looking at the view. We will be back!

Location Location Location.

The sunsets/beach views - as well as the location of this property are flawless. You have direct access to the beach - after walking out your back door - you are on the beach. The property complex is remarkably maintained - but this unit itself has some cosmetic issues. When I rented this unit - I rented it because of its location. The unit is directly on the beach and close to numerous excellent restaurants. I would stay at this unit again.
