Sleep like royalty on new, luxury mattresses in both bedrooms. This is an ADA-friendly unit. The front door offers a lipless, wheelchair-friendly entry, while the Guest Bathroom features a roll-in shower with handrails. The place was everything we had hoped for and more. Clean as a whistle, spacious and perfectly decorated. A hop skip and a jump took us to the beach and a leisurely stroll took us down to the village. Could not have asked for more and are looking forward to returning !10/10

Absolutely beautiful, well furnished condo close to the beach! Loved the openess of the floor plan and how it opened to the lanai from the living room and master bedroom. Loved the nice clean pool area and how close ot was tonthe laundry very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay here!!!

The location is fantastic, right across the street from the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Every day we could see the “Lot Full” sign appear in the beach parking lot, and we knew we didn’t have to worry about that, since all we had to do was walk across the street! The condo is clean, well decorated, and has everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. It is also within easy walking distance to Siesta Key village, which has shops, restaurants, bars, and a small market. Highly recommend a stay here!

Nice, relaxing vacation!

Crescent Royale property is clean, secure and well managed! Unit was well supplied and a very pleasant/relaxing place to vacation. Unit central H/A thermostat was pre-programmed so adjustments seemed tricky and results inconsistent. AC worked VERY WELL, though! Overall very clean...a little aging visible, and other unit sounds/vibrations occasionally noticeable. Nice beach accessories and access! (Subjective) Pool a little warm for hot Summer days but overall very enjoyable (hot tub would be a nice property addition. Plenty of pool chairs etc. Gas grills (3) excellent, nice exercise facility! Owner communications were excellent and prompt! *1st floor unit and covered parking...super nice! As a family of 5, all adults now, we would happily (and hope to) vacation with Mr. Marshall at Crescent Royal Condominiums again!

Amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The condo completely exceeded out expectations and the beach equipment on hand was more than enough for our family of 5. Two adults, a 9 and 10 year old and a 15 year old. Hopping the trolley was a "breeze" as it came around so often and the stop was right outside our window. The pool was amazing, never too crowded and very well kept. The owner, John, was nothing short of amazing in his quick responses attention to detail with my questions. Florida received a massive amount of rain our last day or two there and he reached out immediately offering us another a night if the rain had ruined anything we may have had planned since the condo was going to be empty for two days after we were scheduled to leave. His concern with any flooding damage (which did not happen!) was commendable, because he wants to take care of the property and keep it a 5 star for his guests! Highly recommend and we will be staying here again when we return to beautiful siesta key!

Perfect!

We loved our stay. The unit was spacious and clean, everything was as advertised. The location was great. It was across the street from beach access and the beach was pristine. Being less than a mile from the shops and restaurants, we had our choice of driving, walking, or jumping on the shuttle. The unit also has access to a pool on the property. The space is gated and the rental comes with a parking spot outside the unit’s door. John is a great host and made sure everything needed is readily available.

The Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Exactly what we were looking for! The condo is clean, modern, and spacious. There was more than enough space for our family of 4. We had extended family staying nearby and the living space in our condo was large enough to gather us all comfortably for meals and good company. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need for the beach -- chairs, wagon, umbrella, etc. The location is extremely convenient to both the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed walking into the village for dinner and ice cream. The pool area is well maintained and it was nice to be able to use the grills for some of our meals. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions. We would certainly return to this property!

Crescent Royale

Absolutely beautiful setting. One of a kind beach is only a very short walk. The Village is an easy one mile walk. Swimming pool is well maintained and inviting. Fitness room is well equipped. We hosted two long time friends for two nights in the second bedroom. Our unit was very clean, updated furnishings with very comfortable bed in master bedroom.We enjoyed all the amenities of the unit and the Crescent Royale facilities.

Perfect location

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Property was very clean, Beach across the street, minutes to the village, pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The management was great!

Safe, beautiful property across from the beach

We really loved this condo! I traveled with my husband and two young kids. The kids' bedroom had its own bathroom with standing shower. It was really convienient the kids could get up in the night to go to the bathroom easily. We loved the lanai. My husband and i sat out there in the evenings and enjoyed the perfect breeze. The street that you cross to get to the beach does not have too much traffic and we were able to manage fine with our two kids. Its very close to the village. We also saw the trolley running. It was nice that so many beach supplies were provided. The pool is also nice with not that many people. Our kids also enjoyed the games at the clubhouse near the pool. Parking is right outside the community. Its gated and feels very secure. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tv was easy to figure out and instructions were also provided. The owner was incredibly kind and couteous throughout the stay. He welcomed me upon arrival and made sure we were happy and had what we needed. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

We love Siesta Key and all that it offers. This is the first time we have stayed at Crescent Royale. It was a great experience! John was great to work with! His communication was outstanding, he was responsive to any question we had, and he checked in to make sure everything was going well. The condo was perfect! It was clean, spacious and the location was perfect! It was right across from the main beach and only about a mile from downtown Siesta Key. The resort was great as well. The pool area was clean and very nice as well as the game room. We will stay here again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

Awesome Rental

This property was just perfect for our family! The condo was wonderful and the property amenities are great. Just a walk across the road the most beach beautiful we have been to on the gulf side! We will be back!

Great beach condo!

Our family of four loved this condo. The location is so convenient…literally cross the road and this is the edge of the public beach! The condo had open beachy theme and everything we needed. And that was the best pool…it’s saltwater and deep. We loved it!

Beach getaway

We had a great stay! Right accross 2lane street to beach. All beach gear was provided. Refreshing pool for hot afternoons. Condo very clean & had every thing we needed to cook meals right on sight. Close walk or free trolley ride to village shops & restaurants. We felt like we were at home & would love to return.

Pleasant and convenient.

Very nice condo and right across from the beach. The pool was awesome too. Kitchen is well equipped, the TVs were high quality. Not much of a Gulf view being on the ground floor but being on the ground floor is a convience in it’s self.
