Get ready to fall in love with Unit 1C, where the Gulf of Mexico's stunning views and warm sandy beaches welcome you with open arms! This 2-bed, 2-bath unit is a spacious 1210 sq. ft. - the perfect slice of paradise.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, stocked with high-end appliances, cookware, and utensils. Whip up a storm and enjoy your meal with a breathtaking view. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite TV shows.

Sleep like royalty on new, luxury mattresses in both bedrooms. This is an ADA-friendly unit. The front door offers a lipless, wheelchair-friendly entry, while the Guest Bathroom features a roll-in shower with handrails. The Master Bath offers a full bathtub, perfect for soaking after a day at the beach. This condo also includes beach equipment for your convenience: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach wagon.

The place was everything we had hoped for and more. Clean as a whistle, spacious and perfectly decorated. A hop skip and a jump took us to the beach and a leisurely stroll took us down to the village. Could not have asked for more and are looking forward to returning !10/10

Absolutely beautiful, well furnished condo close to the beach! Loved the openess of the floor plan and how it opened to the lanai from the living room and master bedroom. Loved the nice clean pool area and how close ot was tonthe laundry very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay here!!!

Amazing Stay, 1-minute from Beach

This was a perfect condo that is across the street from the beach (90 seconds to sand) and easily walkable (20 min) to downtown Siesta Key. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a convenient short or long-term beach stay.

The property was perfect for the 4 of us. Property was very clean, Beach across the street, minutes to the village, pool was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The management was great!

Perfect Siesta Beach Location!

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to visit Siesta Key Beach, this condo is it! Appreciated the extra amenities (grills, pool, beach chairs, etc). First floor access to beach was awesome. Laundry & trash right outside the door - super convenient! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

The condo has everything you need and the location is perfect! Out the lanai and the beach is right across the street! So nice to have what you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Cart, chairs and umbrella!
