This 5 bedroom Gilford retreat sleeps up to 18 comfortably, making it perfect for multi family trips, ski weekends, summer lake vacations, and reunions. You’re just minutes from Gunstock and close to Lake Winnipesaukee, so getting to the fun is easy.
Back at the house, there’s room for everyone. An open main living area for big dinners and late night conversations. A fully equipped kitchen built for group meals. A separate game room with pool table, foosball, and arcade games so kids and adults can spread out. A bar area for relaxing evenings in.
Outside, enjoy a private yard with a seasonal in-ground pool and a year-round hot tub. Large group homes with this setup in Gilford are rare.
Parking for up to 8 vehicles plus garage space makes arrival simple.
Guests have access to the entire home. Two garage parking spaces available. Private parking up to 8 cars per town ordinance. Pool access available May 23, 2025- Sept 30, 2025. Hot tub available year round.
Guests can message, text, or call local property management company anytime during their stay.
We are child friendly and have added extra amenities for our youngest guests. The Oasis has tamper proof electrical outlets. The walkout ground level has alarms on all window screens. Safety gates are located at the top and bottom of the staircase. For added comfort, there is two full size cribs, two high chairs, and child-friendly dinnerware.
Pool can be heated for an additional $700 a week or $350 for weekends. Requires 48-hr notice. Pool temperature heated to 80 degrees, but may fluctuate some during the stay.

Upper Bunk Beds have a weight capacity of 250 lbs. intended for Children only! Please practice safety measures when using Bunk Beds.
Pool, patio, and deck area in backyard are not available during winter season.

Welcome to The Oasis — a space designed for relaxation, connection, and creating lasting memories. To help ensure an exceptional experience for all guests, we ask that you carefully review and follow the house rules below. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and those outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Rental Agreement & Booking Requirements
Rental Agreement is required and must be signed before check-in.
Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.
Booking this property confirms your agreement to all house rules and terms listed in the rental agreement.
No Smoking & No Pets
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
Pets are not allowed, unless specifically approved in advance.
Pool & Hot Tub Rules
Pool open: May 23 – Sept 30
Hot tub: Available year-round
Adult supervision required for all minors
No glass, food, or pets in or near the pool/hot tub
Please shower or rinse off before entering
Pool heating available with 48-hour advance request (fee applies)
Fire Pit Use (Breo Stove)
A Breo Stove fire pit is available for guest use (Spring–Fall only)
Guests must obtain a valid fire permit before lighting any fire:
Free from the Town of Gilford Fire Department (in person)
$5 online via the NH Division of Forests and Lands
Locate the nearest garden hose before using the fire pit
Use fire features safely and responsibly at all times
Infant & Toddler Safety
Home is equipped with:

Safety gate installed at the bottom of stairs (additional gate in hall closet)
Parents and guardians must closely supervise young children, especially in these areas:

Do not park on the grass or in the street
Town ordinance allows a maximum of 8 vehicles
Trash & Recycling
All trash must be bagged and placed in barrels inside the garage
A separate bin is available for glass and plastic recycling
Fees apply for loose or unbagged trash left behind
Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Policy
Quiet hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music, disruptive behavior, or parties at any time
