Ubicado a solo 60 pies de la playa sin caminos que cruzar! ¡Obtenga una vista al mar desde casi cualquier habitación de la casa por un precio de semi-océano!

El nivel del suelo de la casa cuenta con una enorme sala de recreación con mesa de billar y mesa de conversión de tenis de mesa, sala de estar, dormitorio con baño completo y patio con bañera de hidromasaje.

El segundo nivel de la casa tiene un dormitorio principal con baño completo. ¡2 habitaciones con un baño completo Jack and Jill, un amplio cuarto de lavado y una terraza con vista al mar en dos de las habitaciones!

El nivel superior de la casa cuenta con un plano de planta abierto y es increíblemente ligero y brillante. La casa ha sido decorada profesionalmente por Daniels Homeport! La cocina es abierta y grande y da al comedor y la sala de estar. Disfrute de la chimenea de gas, las enormes terrazas al aire libre con fabulosas vistas al mar y asientos. ¡Los niños pueden escuchar la sala de juegos en la planta baja mientras disfrutan de una vista nocturna tranquila en la cubierta superior! ¡No dejes que Fido se pierda la diversión, tráelo también!

While the house is a little dated- overall our stay was amazing. House was very clean and check in process while quick and painless. Ideal location for kids, just a few feet from the beach.

This house is very nice! The location is perfect and the house had many kid friendly things. It was not the cleanest when we arrived but a swiffer fixed the issue. The pool/ping pong table got quite the workout! Overall it was a great place for the week.

NICE PLACE

Beautiful home and in a great location. Access to the beach was easy. I will say that this is not the place to stay if you have a physical problem that makes climbing stairs difficult. The kitchen is on the top floor. The top floor provides amazing sunrise views.

Best Beach Bargain in Off-Season - Pet Friendly!

Wonderful, Windy Vacation

House was well-kept and stocked for whatever we needed, including a margarita machine! Room setup was great and the beds were very comfortable! The short walk over the dune was wonderful for the kids to just go and play. We also loved the long stretches of sidewalks for our daily walks. Hope to come back and stay next year!

Perfection Locaton for Kids!

The location is everything to us - access to the beach is steps away, view of ocean from the deck is awesome, and it's not that far from Fishheads. The cottage is always clean, neat, and well-stocked. Our family loves the downstairs area; once the little ones are tucked away, we spend the rest of the evening playing pool and hot tubbing! Highly recomond, especially familes with small children.

We were fortunate enough to stay for two weeks and the house was amazing, it had everything we needed and more. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked and it was great that it opened up to the living room and views were great. All the bedrooms were a nice size and the family room was a huge hit, especially when we had a little rain. Access to the beach was a short walk and easy access, loved it as we spent all day there. Will definitely come back to this house, can't wait. The only issue was the parking, it was a bit of a challenge to get 4 cars parked, but we did manage to make it work. Thank the owners for a great vacation!

It was right near the beach as promised and this was great for us having young kids. More than enough room for at least one family and amenities for the week. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors and general areas, although it was a fairly minor inconvenience. The only other qualm was that the TV's were not the easiest to use and get working all the time, but again this was a relatively small item. You can't beat the location though and it is well situated if you'd like to go into Nags Head or Kitty Hawk and even making a day trip down to Hatteras. Recommended, especially if you want quick easy access to the beach for your vacation.

A Wonderful Location, House, and View

The house could use a bit of paint on the outside, but inside it is well cared for, well stocked, and above our expectations. Highly recommend. The downside was our hot tub broke down repeatedly. It seemed to be an odd situation, as it kept coming on and off intermittently.The first time, maintenance came out and it was working within hours. The second time, maintenance never came to our knowledge. By later the following day, it was up and running again. Wish we could have enjoyed it our last day, though.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

The house was in a great location with marvelous ocean views and a short drive to activities in Nags Head, Kitty Hawk and Manteo. The house was extremely well equipped--best in out 18 years of coming to the Outer Banks. The kitchen not only had everything we needed--including 2 coffee makers--everything was high end and great quality. Each room had its own TV and cable access. The beds and pillows were very good, with plenty of blankets. We loved the gas fire place, the big breakfast bar, the big dining table. Out kids used the pool table and ping pong table constantly. The grill was in good condition. We also commend Beach Realty for making our stay over the holiday weekend work so well; even though it was a holiday, they were really attentive. The keyless entry was a great feature so we could arrive late on Christmas night. Our kids are already asking us to book this again for next year.

Poor Maintence, Filthy Conditions!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to The BU for several years. It's always had a few issues, but this trip it was significantly worse than all the previous years combined. The handrails were filthy, grimy, and sticky with a thick layer of filth on each. We bought scubbers and ****-n-Span, then cleaned the railings OURSELVES. A toilet seat was broken, some lights/fans were inoperable, the ice-maker mad ice alright, but trying to obtain ice through the refrigerator door resulted in a complete dump of ALL THE ICE in the tray. The Harmony universal remote NEVER charged - an issue from previous years. Several of the cooking pans were beyond disgusting, worn beyond all practical useThe floors throughout The BU remained covered with a layer of sand, especially on the lower level surrounding the pool table. Several of the pool cues were missing tips, but a set of tips in their package was by the pool table so we repaired some of the cues OURSELVES. The pool table covering is coming loose at one point, although the table remained functional. When we arrived there were NO SHEETS for two of the queen beds and couples had to sleep with blankets and bare pillows Saturday night. The sheets were finally delivered late Sunday. WE contacted Beach Realty Sunday morning by email(phones were down by Hermine). WE met Chris and Ken leaving Proteus Ct, two Beach Realty repair people who were doing storm damage appraisals, and they kindly agreed to help us out. They replaced the toilet seat, evaluated the refrigerator, and repaired a door screen. THEY did a great job, although they had not been told about our problems by anyone. It was a chance encounter. There were numerous other issues, moldy deck furniture, a water hose downstairs that was short and split, doors that wouldn't open due to sand collection(again we resolved the problem OURSELVES with a large pan and copious water), and sand, sand, sand. WE WILL NOT BE RENTING THE BU AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. What a disappointment!

Nice house-- little to no beach access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. We had issue with a bedroom tv that did not work and Beach Rental addressed the issue quickly. The dining table was dirty and sticky and floors were sandy so it appears not cleaned very well. We do not think the hot tub was cleaned during the week as there was sand in the bottom when we got there and it was there all week. Only 1 person in our party used it and did so in the evening (after shower and dinner). Have been coming to OBX for 15+ years and hot tub was always cleaned during our visit. The binder instruction guides for thermostats and tvs was missing all of the tv pages so it took a while to figure tv out. We had no beach access due to erosion There was a 5 ft drop at the top of the entrance. A neighbor told us it had been that way for over a month. It would have been nice if we were advised of this issue before arriving. We had to drive to a public beach access area several miles up the road and even those areas had very limited space because waves were in so far. We did like the house but will not be returning to S Nags Head again due to little/no beach. We were a group of 3 60+ old and there was no way we could have gotten down to or back up from the beach located by the house safely.

It is very well-appointed, with ample kitchen appliances and gadgets, a comfortable great room and rec room, and bedrooms with updated beds and furniture. One of the best things about this rental is the location. From the top floor, it is easy to see the ocean, and if you have the windows open, you can hear the surf. You cannot hear the beach road at all! The owners have also supplied the house with sand toys, beach chairs, puzzles, and games. We were very happy with our choice and hope to return another year.

Ocean view beach rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so pleased with this 3 level home. We traveled with new parents, our grand daughter & their dog. There was plenty of space & it included everything we needed. The location to the beach was awesome. We could set up for the day & go back & forth if needed.We were close to Bodie Island lighthouse, a quick ride to Manteo & golf in Nags Head.I would recommend this house for a small family!

Amazing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time. Location was awesome. Views from house were good. House could have been cleaner. There was a cigarette butt on the window sill. And there was hair on the bathroom wall and lots of dust bunnies under the bed.
