Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful views and proximity to the pier. We apologize for the noise issues with the sprinklers and the theater room TV; we’ll ensure that the TV is assessed promptly. We look forward to hosting you again!

Thank you for your feedback. Our aim is to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and sincerely apologize that housekeeping left something to be desired, as this is uncharacteristic of our level of service. We make every effort to be responsive to our guests' needs and requests and hope that this wasn't something that was reported and missed as it does not appear in our service department logs. We will make sure the missing vacuum, theater room lights, and tv set issues are communicated to the owner. She is very responsive and will appreciate the feedback. Again we sincerely apologize that we were not able to handle these items before, or even during your stay.

We appreciate your feedback, Wayne. We're terribly sorry you experienced those high temperatures and the difficulties with the elevator. Our team worked their hardest to address the HVAC after we were made aware on Tuesday. Again, we sincerely apologize you were inconvenienced in such a manner, and hope we will have another chance to impress you in the future.

Christopher, We as well as the homeowners would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, as your feedback is very meaningful to us. We are delighted to hear about the things you enjoyed, and appreciate the feedback you shared

We are so thrilled to hear that this special time you planned for your parents was a hit! We appreciate your feedback and letting us know about your experience!

We thank you for sharing your experience, Robin! We're glad to hear that you had a mostly pleasant vacation with us. However, it seems this home may not have been right fit for all members of the family. You are correct in pointing out the closest public access with a ramp is a few homes north of Big Mama's. To clarify for readers, this home does have access to the beach via a set of steps that go over the dune. One of our dedicated agents would me more than happy to assist you in finding a home that suits your needs the next time you are planning a vacation to the Outer Banks!

Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a wonderful review regarding your stay at “Big Mama's.” We are glad that you and your family loved the home. We all empathized with the guests that vacationed last week and were hopeful for the sun to shine at some point. The owner has ordered a new stove and I see a service order in to have the back burner fixed. See you on the Beach!

Scottt, We as well as the homeowners would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, as your feedback is very meaningful to us. We are delighted to hear about the things you enjoyed, and appreciate the feedback you shared

We appreciate your honest feedback, Sheila. We are sorry that the condition of our home did not meet your expectations. I do see many of the issues you reported were taken care of while you were in and some are being taken care of by vendors. I am not sure the waterfall can be truned off but will find out. Mattresses are very subjective based on individual preferences, but we did share your review with the owner. We are delighted to hear about the things you enjoyed, and appreciate the feedback you shared. See you on the Beach

.Debra, Thank you for letting us know the issues you encountered staying gat Big Mama's in May. I do see a service order for the issues you left in this review. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
