Enjoy our cozy condo located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, steps away from the Riverwalk, shopping, dining, and nightlife. Only a short drive from Wrightsville Beach, Carolina beach, Kure Beach, and Battleship North Carolina.



The Space:

Gorgeous river views from this quiet top floor condo, fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and teas. Located in a secure building with gated entrance and courtyard on a quiet cobblestone street directly across from the Riverwalk.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, balcony, and shared gated courtyard.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, cafes, bars, and attractions.

Great Solo Getaway

The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and ideal for my trip to the area. I was able to walk to dozens of places for food, drink and entertainment as well as just stroll along the Riverwalk or downtown to explore. It was a short drive out to the beaches as well. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone looking to visit the Wilmington area. The owners were also extremely responsive and their instructions were perfect to make all aspects of check in/out and my stay worry-free. Thank you.

Lovely 3rd floor condo across the street from Riverwalk...everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked...surprisingly quiet at night...owners very helpful and responsive...would definitely stay here again...

Fun getaway

This part of Wilmington is so fun to explore on foot. We parked the car on Friday, and didn't get back in it until Monday morning when we checked out. The condo itself was great. Perfect size for two people, no noise from neighbors, amazing view out the back window.

waiting for security deposit

It has been 2 weeks and we still haven't received our security deposit. I have e-mailed 2 different people and have not had a reply. I would not stay here if they don't give back the security deposit. I will update my review when/if we get our security deposit.

Home Away from Home

This rental truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the property's cleanliness and comfort. The spaciousness of the rental provided ample room for relaxation, and it was a joy to unwind in such a cozy environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location. Being within walking distance of our favorite restaurant was a definite plus, and we enjoyed leisurely strolls along the riverwalk, thanks to the property's easy access. Despite its proximity to attractions, the rental was remarkably quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. And waking up to a nice view only added to the charm of our experience. I also want to commend the property manager for their exceptional service. Their personable demeanor and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I can't recommend this rental enough. Whether you're visiting Wilmington for business or pleasure, this property offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Great Location

Location location location! My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for our eighth anniversary. It is a quiet spot with a view and a short walk away from everything downtown Wilmington. A clean, quaint place. We loved it.

Long weekend stay

We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. Location is awesome! Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Place is immaculately clean. We drove to Wrightsville beach twice which was not far and very relaxing. Not crowded at all. Nighlife is awesome! My only suggestion is to get a new mattess for the bedroom. It's very loud even when you move just slightly, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying here again! Thanks!!!!!

Wonderful condo, great location!

Super nice condo. Decorated beautifully, nice water view. Very clean. Large bathroom with lots of amenities. Soap, Shampoo, plenty of towels, even a makeup eraser, a tray of toiletries in case you forgot anything. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, even a basket of snacks and a few bottles of water. Walkable to everywhere downtown. Owner was extremely responsive to messages and sent very detailed instructions for how to get there, where to park to unload, where to park during your stay, recommendations for eating, what to do, etc. which was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location and cleanliness! If you are noise sensitive, the hvac is very noisy.

Could use a better mattress. HVAC is loud. Apartment is pristine and the kitchen is well equipped and emmaculate. Great location and view.

It’s a cute condo! Bathroom needs small table for ladies makeup( not the toilet back /seat). Bed box spring creaks w/ every movement & HVAC made a constant hum. Not a long walk to parking lot but did not seem safe after dark. Location to restaurants & shops a plus. Owner Tara gets an A+ for communication & response time!!! Property manager seemed a bit annoyed with my concerns & somewhat dismissive. Upon my arrival at 10:00pm my key code would not work😞

Absolutely Wonderful

Tara is an amazing host and the property is perfect. Our family loves Wilmington and the property is in a fantastic location to explore Downtown. I had the doors open to the balcony all day on Saturday and there is a great view of the river. My wife and I are planning to go back in the Spring. Thank you Tara!

Quick Trip

I moved my daughter from Atlanta to Raleigh. Decided to make a quick trip to the beach and do a little sightseeing. The condo was perfect for two people. Very clean, with all the extras needed for a great stay in Wilmington. Plus the AC was super cold, which was great after being out all day. Loved it!
