This property exceeded our expectations. There was attention to detail in all amenities. The seating area is large, the kitchen very well appointed and the beds comfortable.Communication with the owner Wade was excellent..

Magnificent Stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The minute you walk into the condo you are greeted by a panoramic view of the mountains. Very clean and extremely well kept. The furniture is so comfortable, TV’s work well in both living room and bedroom for streaming. The condo is fully equipped, from the fully stocked kitchen, to paper products and cleaning supplies. Everything has been thought out for your stay. Nothing is missing. The amenities are well maintained- from the pool and spa to the workout gym and community BBQ’s. Safe area and friendly residents. We have been visiting the Ventana area for over 15 years and love the hiking, restaurants, and stores close by. The owner is incredibly responsive replying to messages within minutes. We can’t wait to return!

Delightful Condo in a Great Location

Quiet unit with a fabulous view. Close to restaurants, shopping and only 10 minutes from Sabino Canyon Nat Park. Host provided all the comforts of home, unit very well equipped. Both beds very comfortable. Other residents in complex were friendly, many snowbirds like us. Always felt safe. Only draw back, a flight of concrete stairs to get into the unit. Can’t wait to book again!

Serene getaway

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with exceptional views, lots of privacy, and a quiet, convenient location within the complex. The unit was also unusually well-equipped, with ample hangers in the closets, generous supplies of toiletries, laundry soap, paper goods, etc. (not just a starter kit), and so much kitchenware that I had to rearrange the shelves to make room for groceries! The host also thoughtfully provided a lovely tin of Christmas cookies and a bag of coffee, but you'll need all your own cooking basics (there was no olive oil or cooking spray, for example, and no spices other than salt and pepper). It would have been handy to have had more than one pool key, and nice if a map of the property were provided (we had trouble finding the unit when we arrived after dark, and we wouldn't have known about the gate leading to the Ventana Canyon Trail if someone hadn't told us). Some info about local restaurants and area attractions would have been welcome, too, though we met lots of friendly people who shared their recommendations. Special note for tennis players: The court here seems to get more use for pickleball, but the Reffken Tennis Center, about 20 minutes away, is a great facility!

6 weeks away from winter

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All things were as described only better.The kitchen was fully equipped- much more than most. The view was spectacular- after a hike I would come back and just watch the sun and clouds change the mountains. The condo is in a perfect location- good restaurants, groceries and anything you need. Nice workout facilities for a rainy day. Anytime I contacted the owner, I heard back immediately. would highly recommend staying here.

Nice condo with great pool and hot tub. Tennis/pickle ball court can be reserved using url on the door of the tennis court. Next door to the ventana canyon trailhead and 5 minutes to the Sabino trails. Did the hikes to the maiden pools and seven falls…

Great location

Overall the property was great! We had excellent communication with the owner, and he was very prompt. Property is quiet, and the view are excellent. The condo is very chill. The only problem we had, was we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks for a great weekend getaway spot!
