The entire Cabin - free standing, single family home is yours for your stay. Set on almost 2 acres.
Other things to note
Cluck's Cabin is dog-friendly. Sadly, we are not able to accommodate felines - sorry! One dog is welcome to stay.

We ask that the dog be leashed at all times while outside (per town ordinance), that dog "deposits" are picked up daily, and that the dog is on a regimented flea program. We ask that the dog stay off the furniture, and is crated when you are sleeping and while you are not at the Cabin.

Wonderful

We had a blast at Mt. Washington,Lower falls,Echo Lake,ossipee lake,cathedral ledge,swift River,Diana's baths,madison boulder. My daughter almost 2 learned how to ride her tricycle in the driveway. Great memories memories

The View

The sunset view was absolutely amazing. The area was nice and quiet and not too far from food groceries and fun things to do. We had a really great time. The house was perfect.

We were very pleased with the property. The cottage was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed including the linens and towels. Jen & Tom went above & beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a loaf of scrumptious banana blueberry bread, "fresh" eggs from their own chickens and as if that wasn't enough, a gift card to Jake's restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed all. Although the Association beach was a short ride away it was clean, shallow at the edge and gradually deeper, nice to be able to wade in with little ones (safe to let them play under supervision of course). The people we met there were very nice as well. We enjoyed the firepit at night...very nice to sit under the stars and gaze away. We had one evening with strong winds expected & rain...Tom came by and made sure all of the chairs, the picnic table, etc. were stowed & secure. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again.

Fabulous

Our family had a wonderful time at Cluck's Cabin! Such a beautiful, sunny, immaculate home, so comfortable and inviting. Jen and Tom were very generous with surprises for us upon check-in, so helpful in answering our questions, and providing suggestions/information for things to do in the area. Along with everything else, we will miss waking up to that spectacular view from the big picture window every morning!

We loved our stay

My family and I loved our stay at Clucks Cabin. When we arrived we had a homemade blueberry banana bread waiting for us also fresh eggs from The owners chickens. Delicious! The mountain view from the porch was beautiful. The place was super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet cottage close to mountains

Very clean cottage close to the mountains. Not really private as there are neighbours behind and the road in front is travelled by others in the community (joggers/dog walkers/cars etc) but overall very quiet and peaceful with a very nice view of some mountains. The owners left fresh eggs and a nice loaf for us, plus the cupboards have all the essentials you would need if you cooked etc (we did very little) pots, pans, spices etc. The a/c, water pressure and hot water was all great. The king bed could use an update (noisy whenever someone moved) but the linens were all clean. There was a fire pit by the road which was great, and a bbq & folding chairs (we did not use). They had wifi and some channels which was also nice. If we had better sleeps would have easily given it a 5/5 and the owners correspondence was very good, they even invited us over to meet their chickens and goats!

Great View and really beautiful Condo

This was a great last minute find for us . The condo was very modern with high quality furnishings. The view from the terrace was fantastic . The grounds were well kept, quiet and the pool was so refreshing. The ocean is such a pretty blue and so lovely. The owners were helpful, arranged airport transfers made restuarant suggestions (Ruths Steakhouse - so yummy) We did a day trip to Isla Mujeras well worth it . We will come back for sure !

Fantastic View -Great accommodations !

Quiet, relaxed, private, best thing about this place is its not a hotel so its not crowded and you don't have to fight for beach chairs or a beach palapa. Our condo was very nice , modern, clean and well maintained with lovely furnishings and amenities - like the 400 thread count sheets and the fibre optic internet. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and gave us lots of tips and ideas to make our vacation memorable !

WOW! AMAZING!!!!

I honestly don't know where to start. I'm having a difficult time putting into words just how wonderful every single aspect of this beautiful vacation was! Tom & Jen.. spectacular, kind, thoughtful & professional. it was such a pleasure! This cabin/house is so much more than expected. It was obsessively clean and organized. Fully stocked with items that you would have at home. pots, pan, utensils, dishes, silverware, tv, dvd player, movies, games, towels and things easily forgotten. like spices. well done! This was by far the BEST house we have ever rented and we rent yearly. We will definitely be back again. We can't wait to return. The location is perfect. So close to many attractions. We went tubing down the Saco River and we even visited Clark's Trading Post and Story land. The location of the cabin is private and woodsy. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the beautiful large deck while looking at the mountain view right in front of you. I really can't say enough about this cabin, it's location and most importantly, Tom & Jen. Thank you so much for everything. For the amazing blueberry banana bread upon our immediate arrival, the fresh eggs and just being there to answer our questions and provide suggestions. THANK YOU!!!

Disappointed

I've traveled a lot for many years and have never found it necessary to write a review. In this case I find I must. Things are never perfect when you travel, it's part of the adventure. When renting a condo on the beach in Cancun for premium holiday price you hope to get what you pay for. The condo was just OK. There was no patio furniture, at least not what was represented in the pictures. The dishwasher did not work at all and we were without hot water for three days. The facility and grounds are best described as dilapidated. The most interesting feature of the condo was the front screen door. It had no spring and was left to swing freely unless latched. There was a dead bolt on the inside and one on the outside. When entering you bolt it on the inside leaving everyone outside locked out. When leaving you bolt it from the outside leaving everyone else locked in. Absolute genius. One morning we discovered a friendly neighbor had locked us in. I had to force the door and caused some damage. The owner decided to bill us for the door but offered no compensation for the lack of hot water or a functioning dishwasher. He did take the time to complain about six unwashed glasses in the dishwasher and informed us he would not bill us to clean them. We paid a premium price to stay here do to the time of year. We did not receive a premium product. You can do much better elsewhere and be treated with the respect you deserve.

Cluck's Cabin Outstanding Rental

Cluck's cabin was exactly as owners stated. Beautiful views, very clean, and everything you would need for your stay, Just like home, Jen and Tom are there if you need them. Highly recommend this awesome place to stay and we will be back!!!

Even better than advertised!

Cluck's Cabin was exactly what my family was looking for in a vacation house! It was so refreshingly clean and comfortable. The owners seemed to anticipate our every need, and the house was provided with many things I hadn't even thought to pack. The welcome blueberry-banana bread and note gave it a nice personal touch. We enjoyed the use of the private beach at the lake, which was shallow enough far enough out that we felt comfortable even with our little ones playing in it. We loved it and would definitely stay here again if we vacation in this area again, which we hope to do some day!

Beautiful, peaceful cabin

This cabin has and is everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Lakes Region. It's quiet and peaceful, yet easy access to whatever you want to do and anything you may need. Moving from Texas to New Hampshire, we had a week of transition time before we were scheduled to close on our house. In need of temporary housing that could accommodate our four-legged kids without breaking the bank, I felt very fortunate to find Cluck's Cabin. It was exactly what we needed, exactly when we needed it. Jen and Tom were AWESOME. The cabin was so clean and well-stocked (including some delicious homemade bread), we didn't have the need for a single thing, but I have no doubt they would have taken care of any issue/need immediately. They were very responsive to questions/requests prior to us making a reservation and then once our reservation was secure, they were both friendly and flexible. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Ossipee area, you've found it!

Best rental in the Ossipee area!

My partner and I rented the cabin for 3 months while we were building our house. We LOVED the property! It has everything that you need. We felt right at home without having our own belongings. The neighborhood the house is located is very quite and is a treat to walk. I came across several animals and beautiful views on my ventures. The cabin is located in a great location if you want to experience different areas of New Hampshire. It is 25 minutes to North Conway and 25 minutes to Wolfeboro. I mean lakes or mountains within 30 minutes, who needs anything more from a vacation. There are several restaurants within the area, or with all the amenities they provide you can cook at home and enjoy the property. I highly recommend this property. You cannot go wrong! Everything you need in a home, awesome!

If you are looking for a place that is priced right, in a good location and has everything you need, this is the place for you! We stayed for 8 nights and had the best time. It had every amenity that we needed. The location is great because it is close to Wolfeboro and North Conway. Jennifer and Tom were both very attentive to all our questions and requests! I would highly recommend this home! Very clean!

Great family friendly cabin

This cabin was a great alternative for our family as opposed to a hotel. We traveled to the area with two children, and a German Shepherd recently for a Storyland visit. Cabin was easy to find. Shortly after our arrival we were greeted by the owner Tom. He brought us an outstanding banana/blueberry bread which we enjoyed. Then we watched the sunset from the porch. ( incredible view) There are plenty of food options, and stores close if you need food, or forgot to pack something. Owner was also available for any questions, or needs that we had. We all enjoyed our stay, and are planning on staying here again.

Wonderful time

Our only regret is not having more time to enjoy the cabin. But for the time we did spend there, it surpassed our needs and wishes. We all slept comfortably and there were more than enough amenities to prepare our meals. The cabin is clean and in a very quiet setting with an amazing view. We recommend Hobbs Tavern if you want a nice dinner out. I would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay at Cluck's Cabin

We stayed for 9 nights for a family vacation and wedding. We were greeted with a lovely note and gift as well as a delicious blueberry banana bread. The cabin was perfect-everything you need for a home away from home. A very well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, movies, etc, exactly how it is listed. Everything was well maintained, neat, and clean. The front windows and spacious deck have an amazing view and the yard was great for the kids. Very peaceful and quiet no matter the time of day. Jen and Tom were great and very easy to work with-always quick to respond to questions and so friendly. They had lots of good tips for places to see, etc. As our kids are small, we went to Santa's Village, StoryLand, Conway Scenic Railroad, Silver Lake Railroad, and White Lake State Park. All good takes and the kids enjoyed them all, especially since most people were back to school for the year, so there were really no lines or crowds anywhere-a great time to get away if you can do it. Cluck's was recommended to us by family members and it lived up to everything they raved about. We will definitely recommend it to others going to the area! We will be back next time we vacation in NH for sure!

Amazing

No surprises! It truly is as equipped as it says it is, neat and cleaned (down to the dusting) and the owners Tom and Jen are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed with a nice letter, gift and home baked loaf of blueberry banana bread that tastes amazing. The cabin has a very peaceful view of mountains and wilderness all around. We did get to see a mama and baby deer eating in the woods in front of the home, a turkey taking a walk down the street and at the lake we saw a bald eagle flying by. Tom and Jen have done an amazing job keeping their home neat, clean and well stocked for all guest to be relaxed as if they were in their own home. Thanx for making our stay Amazing.

Excellent stay and awesome location!

The cabin is perfect for a great NH getaway. All the amenities one could ask for are right at your fingertips. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, plates, cups, cleaning supplies, etc. It is truly a home away from home. Our group arrived Thursday night and stayed till Sunday morning for the 92nd annual Laconia Bike Week Rally and have found our new place to stay for the event. Already can't wait for next years event! Tom and Jennifer truly take great care of the property and have a genuine interest in their guests comfort. The place is spotless and kept to a very high standard. Communication with the owners was great and I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. Thanks again for a fabulous stay and a great memorable trip. PS. The blueberry banana bread was delicious!
