The Pelican's Lagoon
Brand new 6 bedroom, 7 1/2 bath with a 45ft. deep water T dock.
Resort style extra-large pool & hot tub overlooking the water. There are multiple outdoor entertaining areas.

All 6 bedrooms come with a custom en-suite bathroom. 3 king beds, 4 queen beds. There is a TV in every bedroom. Pull out couch in the living room. 2 bedrooms on the main level each with a king size bed.

Custom Granite in the kitchen and living room with an open room concept. TV's are as follows, one 65", 5 50" and 1 43". Fantastic water views from the kitchen. The full outdoor kitchen includes a BBQ grill, commercial ice machine, bait freezer and fish cleaning table for all your fishing needs. Resident Tarpon and sea turtles live in the lagoon behind the house. (You might even see manatees and lobsters)

4 Kayaks with a custom kayak dock launch for your use. Room for 4 vehicles and a boat trailers.
Pool Heat - $225 plus tax per week

The house set up was perfect for our large group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there are two extra bathrooms. The pool and outdoor area is where we spent most of our time. The TVs down there are a nice touch. The canal has tons of sea life in it. We saw turtles, manatees, dolphins, tarpons, and jellyfish. The host is very responsive. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to supply the kitchen with a few basic spices so that renters don’t have to buy them. Our stay was wonderful and all the amenities were great!

Week getaway

Location was very good, centrally located to fishing docks, short drive to sombrero beach the 7 mile bridge and many restaurants. Outdoor area at the house was really nice with a large pool looking over the lagoon.

As we rolled up to the property jaws hit the floor, it was absolutely stunning. We had 11 guests in the house and had enough room to enjoy ourselves. The outdoor living spaces are gorgeous with a large couch as the center piece on ground level. We had 5 kids with us and from sun up to sun down they were in the pool. The TV over the hot tub is not to be skipped. Either putting some tunes on from your playlist via YouTube or watching a movie it can all be done here. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bedrooms all had an en suite which made living a little easier. The separate bathroom on the stairs up was a nice touch and again made life easier. Location is great but know the airport gets busy on Saturday and Sunday but calms down a bit after that. From the dock we were able to see abundant sea life. We saw sharks early in the morning and again at night, and there was even a manatee lbering along. Check in and check out we easy and locate close to the house. Overall there were many people in the group that suggested we just go ahead and book again. It is a great house from family gatherings.

Beautiful setting!

Group of 12, family & friends throughly enjoyed this home…great outdoor space w/tv’s, huge pool and dock-visiting manatee’s and easy in and out to ocean with boat! Every bedroom has a bath and home is updated. Beautiful sunsets! We would definitely return!

Great house, plenty of room for 14 people. Location was perfect for us and the outdoor kitchen was fantastic. Tarpon, lobsters and manatees were all at our dock which was pretty awesome. Communication with our host was spot on and we would definitely recommend this house to our friends.

Great spot.

This was a fantastic property and trip overall. The house was as expected from photos, and clean. The property manager replied in timely manner to our issues (which were small, like remotes didn’t work etc). The house is built for a large group - the outside space is where a large group has to hang out (not really space inside other than bedrooms) but that was just fine bc outside was huge. They could upgrade the outdoor kitchen a bit, as we basically spent all our time there, but we would rent this again. Super fun, great pool, hot tub etc.

Marathon 2024

Cannot wait to get back to Marathon! The house was amazing. Manatees and turtles in the cove everyday. Management staff was on top of everything. Rooms, pool, and downstairs area was perfect. Had some bad weather but able to make the most of the Tripp hanging out at the shuffle board table.

Friends and family getaway

The house, sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for our 18+year old family/friends group of 11 people. Our only issue was 1…no hair dryers in any if the 6+ baths (which we were told there would be hairdryers in the property) and the shuffle board table(s) need some TLC/attention. These things did not affect our stay, we had a 5 star experience. But, for anyone traveling here…bring your own hir dryer if you need one! This property will not disappoint you!

Great trip to Marathon!

The house and our stay were amazing! The outside pool and entertaining area is where we spent most of our time! We saw manatees, iguanas, lots of fish, and birds. Great for everyone in the family!
