"ROOST" Lakehouse - You will love the layout of this house! Main house has a large gathering areas, full kitchen, powder bath, master bedroom/bath along with a loft . Go through the breezeway and you will find 4 suites, each with their own bathroom.
The screened breezeway is where you will hang out with the family after a day on the lake. The water in the area is perfect for bream fishing so bring your poles. The walk to the water is one of the easiest on the lake. Don't want to Marina and restaurant are a mile down the road or Chef Troy's is not far. Get Hunt's pizzas at the store by the bridge.
If you are looking for a place that will sleep lots of folks but is easy on your budget compared to other properties on the lake, this is the place for you. It will easily sleep 4 or 5 family units (all with private bedrooms). This house is conveniently located on the upper Sipsey, one mile to a marina and 10 minutes to a large grocery store. It has a paved road right up to the driveway. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, it has a separate small refrigerator for drinks.
Perfect for families with young children who enjoy catching frogs and fireflies in the summer, the spacious, level yard offers plenty of room for outdoor fun. Afterward, unwind by the firepit and enjoy making s'mores around a cozy campfire.

Bedroom 1: King size bed , private bath, handicap toilet.
Loft: 3 twin size beds. Bath at bottom of the stairs.
Guest house:
Guest suite #1 Full size bed and twin over twin bunk - private bath
Guest suite #2 Three twin beds - private bath
Guest suite #3 Queen bed with twin over twin bunk - private bath
Guest suite #4 Queen bed with twin over twin bunk - private bath
Easy walk to the dock - approximately 10 steps to the dock. Dock has one boat slip available for guests' use (10' x 28'). Boat slip is useable until about 500msl. Find level here: /lake/smith/

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
