Nuestra familia es propietaria y hace la reserva de esta Casita y estamos encantados de atenderlo a usted y a su familia.
Una vez que haya estado en La Casita Bonita Del Mar, ¡querrá volver!
Recién remodelado 2016! 2019 ¡Hemos realizado algunas actualizaciones!
Esta es una casa, no un condominio! Privado y tranquilo! ¡No hay vecinos mirándote en el patio!
Se encuentra en Las Conchas, una comunidad residencial de primer nivel y las playas más hermosas: pacífica, tranquila, arenosa y expansiva. A solo minutos (5) del centro de Puerto Peñasco, (Rocky Point).
Este es un acogedor bungalow de playa de dos dormitorios (casa de un solo nivel).
The Casita es de segundo nivel, pero a solo 50 pies de The Beach con The Beach Walkway / Access justo en frente de The Home.
Relájese en el patio delantero con los sonidos del océano o baje a la playa y disfrute del cálido sol mexicano. Asar algunas capturas frescas en la parrilla de barbacoa.
Dos dormitorios principales grandes con baños principales, ambos dormitorios tienen cama King de California, una silla de espuma plegable que se convierte en una cama doble con capacidad para 1 o 2.
Casita Capacidad para 4 a 6 personas.
Mucho estacionamiento.
WiFi a través.
Gran patio privado abierto.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, ollas y sartenes para todo, cafetera, licuadora, microondas y tostadora.
Las mascotas son siempre bienvenidas (traiga certificado de rabia y / o certificado de salud).
Cercado en el patio trasero con sombra.
No se aceptan depósitos de mascotas, ¡pero la responsabilidad de limpiar por dentro y por fuera es tuya!

Nice place. One house off the beach. We were told they’re renovating after we leave. As it is, it is classic las Conchas. Would be nice to provide drinking water but otherwise all good!

Loved how it was close to the beach and really beautiful BUTT I did not like how the whole house was really dusty on top of the bed really dusty with spiderwebs and in one of the showers had ants and in the other room had ants behind the entrance door we had to go buy raid for it and clean the house too it had to many spiderwebs and dusty all over but the house was nice just the dirty parts.

Super dirty. There were roaches in the cabinets (YUCK) and the towels were filthy. we traveled with our dog and i didn't even think they were suitable for him to dry off with. Beds seamed like the only thing that was clean. the air in one of the rooms didn't cool very well. Let me just say this place could be nice if it was clean and updated a bit but it definitely was not. for the money you could do better else where.

My Apologizes, I so wish, so wish you would have contacted me or my caretaker Immediately upon Arrival if the home was not clean. We would have come over Immediately and cleaned or taken care of any issues you had! We have another cleaning crew now and I do not know what went wrong with the towels because we had New Towels! All the guests are happy and most return year after year....Peace be with you!

Only one drawback is path to beach steep & not recommended for those with walking disabilities. Better location however as other properties directly on beach have high tide problems during big storms

I so wish you would have called, texted or emailed me when you were having water issues. We would have came over immediately and checked the tanks in the back to see why you were not getting any water. Yes sometimes the water pumps go out in Las Conchas and we are without direct water, but we have two large tanks in the back that has water and they feed to the house when that happens. They have been checked and a valve needed to be repaired, it has been repaired and all is well.

Perfect stay 👌🏻

The casita was perfect for my family. It was clean and welcoming. Nice appliances and comfy furniture. Hot shower with plenty of towels. Just a short walk across the street to beautiful sandy beach and in great proximity to the wedding we were in Las Conchas to attend. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

The property was neat and clean and was a good fit for us and another couple. We enjoyed the patio and grilled out there one evening. We spent a couple of mornings sipping coffee out there, too!

Super nice, cozy, and affordable place!

This is a home that I will rent again on my next trip to Rocky Point. It is very close to the beach. Literally a house down and you are right there. Both rooms have the same layout and include a sink/toilet/shower. Perfect for 2 couples and possibly their 1 child per couple. Very peaceful and quit. Highly recommended.

Fine place to stay

We've been going to Las Conchas at Rocky Point for many years, usually staying in a little larger space. Cynthia's place fit our party-size better and suited our needs well. While it's not right on the beach (and accordingly does not cost high dollars), it's very convenient to the beach, being just across the street from the access path. It's also on a part of the beach that has decent amounts of sand at high tide and rocky tidepools at low. The furnishings are new and comfortable. We would choose this location again in the future.

Great weekend getaway property

Property was great and close to the beach. Just a short walk across the road. There is a view as well. The home was clean and perfect for a small family. The only thing I wish it had was a better dining/sitting area. There is only a 2 person couch (no coffee table) and the kitchen bar to sit at (no dining table). Better for a shorter stay...we stayed a week. All in all, I would recommend.

Nice bedrooms, kitchen not so much!

The stay experience was 3, thanks to a nice weather :) Both bedrooms of the house have nice king beds and soft mattresses, the restrooms were ok, clean but smelled I believe due to bidets. You might want to bring own towels! If you are planning on cooking your meals- the kitchen is so tiny, hardly one person can fit in there, and secondly - here is the fun part, you get electrocuted every time you touch the sink or anything in the sink!!! There is obviously a poor grounding of the circuit. When we called about the issue on the first day, they just told us to wear shoes. They promised that an electrician will stop by but he never did. The owners were aware of this issue, something like that doesn’t happen over one night, but they did nothing about it and it was never mentioned to us before or after we made the reservation. Sometimes it was so bad that you can feel the shock all the way through your elbow. We called the second time on Sunday, the manager showed up and proposed to put a carpet by the sink lol Nothing was really done - only apologies and promises that every single home has same issues. We stayed in other places too, but this is the first time something like that happening to us. There is no dishwasher. Also, there are 4 patio doors, one in each bedroom and 2 in leaving room. Two have signs "DO NOT OPEN" another one is broken and only one is functional and every time you have to go through a struggle to open it. They did mention thou the trick how to open it easy, but before we noticed instructions we have been staying under sun for good 15 min trying to get inside. It definitely needs to be replaced. Anyways, I stayed in many other houses close to the beach and for the same money, I had much better experience. If this house is so outdated and has such big unpleasant issues, it should be renovated, otherwise, the price should be appropriated to its condition. We paid less for a better bigger house. I guess if you don't cook or do not mind to get electroshock every time being in the kitchen - this house should be good for you.

I am so glad that you did enjoy Puerto Penasco with the good weather and that you liked our Greats Beds in both the bedrooms! Your statements though were very outlandish and not correct! The manager responded immediately and the electrician came over TWICE – You were not home the first time and the second time you did not answer the door. The electrical issue has been fixed; it was a simple ground wire that was off. And No we did not know about it and Yes it did happen over night because the previous Guest did not mention a thing! You were also given information on how to use the doors! Peace Be With You……

Nice but not quite what we thought

We rent in Las Conchas ALOT! Big houses small houses, wanted to try something new. I don't mind not being right on the beach if the access is easy...I'm almost 60. The path down was a little hard to maneuvre for these old bones so we didn't go down as often. The view is not what it mentioned. Does it have a view? Yes, but it's about 2 feet square at most and you have to tilt your head to see it. The place itself is very reasonable, nice big bedrooms and bathrooms set up like a hotel (so to speak) space, kitchen a bit tiny but has what you need. We spent most of our time on the patio so we could at least hear the ocean. They were responsive fairly quickly when we got there and the key was no where to be found. The cleaning people forgot to leave it. Maintence guy Jose is very nice. We won't rent again but would suggest for a younger couple just having their first Puerta Penasco experience and don't want to spend a bunch of money on ocean front.

Beach bungalow

Went and spent my 4th birthday at rocky point with my wife, brother and my 2 dogs. We stayed at the beach bungalow, it was perfect. Beautiful views, just a hop and skip away from the beach. We all enjoyed the cute bungalow and nice quiet beach. Would definitely rent the bungalow again on a future trip. Lived it.

A Diamond In Puerto Penasco

I have visited La Casita Bonita Del Mar several times and have greatly enjoyed my stays each time. It is in a gated community that is safe and peaceful. It is well stocked with needed amenities. I've enjoyed the beach at all times during the day adding to the relaxation of my visits. The conversational pit, in front of the fireplace is a wonderful place to relax with a hot cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. I love the walk-in showers. The sunrises added to my long morning walks on the beach. Bird watching is wonderful. I will certainly be returning to this Mecca.
