Un hermoso 2 dormitorios (cama tamaño queen en cada habitación), 1 baño condominio con una distancia cercana a todas las atracciones locales. Nuestro condominio está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para unas excelentes vacaciones. Esta unidad tiene una gran sala de estar y área de entretenimiento con un televisor LCD de 47 'con canales locales y un transmisor de flujo continuo ROKU. Una de las habitaciones tiene también un televisor de 32 'con Roku TV.

La cocina tiene un refrigerador de lado a lado, estufa, microondas, lavaplatos, máquina de café y eliminación en el fregadero. La cocina también tiene vajilla completa y utensilios de cocina para las noches que decide quedarse en. Hay una confortable cama matrimonial en cada una de las habitaciones.

El baño ha sido completamente remodelado en marzo de 2019.
Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama.
Hay una plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de pelo y un montón de perchas en el armario.

Home for a while!

I highly recommend this VRBO . My daughter and I stayed here during the time of selling our home and moving out of state. It served as home to us during those couple of months and we could not have asked for more. The condo was clean and had all that we needed to cook meals, plus the location was excellent and near the local stores and close to the interstate. It's a nice quiet spot as well! Highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location!

We loved the location of this condo! It wasn't far from multiple freeways and South County has about every store and restaurant you could want. The condo was well stocked and the owners were quick to respond to any question we had. The owner was also very accommodating when I asked if we could have a later check out because of our flight being later in the day. When we stay in the St. Louis area again we'll check to see if this is available first. Thanks for a great vacation!

So comfortable, felt like home!

This was a terrific place to stay. A very quiet neighborhood, well cared for property. Easily accessible to major highways and downtown. The owners took great care of us--the main TV stopped working and they replaced it on the same day! Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Awesome stay!

We stayed at this property for a couple of months. This home was clean, well equipped and perfect for a family. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are very pretty. I highly recommend staying here!

Yet to be a guest but needed to say Thank you

This review is very unusual since we have not been able to visit the property....YET. Our trip has been postponed but the easiness and flexibility from Boris in working with our needs is worthy of a review . I know the St Louis area very well because we were residents for 13 years and I will recommend the area and now Boris hospitality.

Very Affordable

This was my first time booking through VRBO. We are a family of 5, and I hate staying in one hotel room. The price for this apartment is worth the booking. The location is great because you are about 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in the St. Louis area. However, the apartment is older and has a smell like someone smoked in there years ago, but we were gone so much of the day that it didn't bother us.

Great Condo, excellent value!

Our first experience with home renting and it was amazing. All of our party were able to sleep in the condo, have coffee, do laundry, and we were so close to everything in the city! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.

Clean, very affordable!

Enjoyed staying in this home - it was very clean and affordable versus having to pay for hotel room. It was very convenient to many of the local attractions including Grants Farm. It was located in a very quite neighborhood. I would recommend staying here!

Nice Condo

We have stayed at other condos in St. Louis when traveling, this was not our favorite. It was in a good location, we enjoy south St. Louis. We had two issues that really bothered us. First was the amount of dust, I have severe allergies to dust mites and have never had an issue with a vrbo rental like I had with this one. The duct work and vent on the door are in desperate need of cleaning, also the fans were covered in dust. I actually had to clean the fans, not what I wanted to do. The other issue was no mattress protectors, this was also a first and is so unsanitary when having guest after guest stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and have high expectations. If that doesn't bother you it is adequate, but we would not stay again.

Absolutely awesome!

We traveled from Minnesota to meet my brother and his family from Alabama. We choose St Louis because it was half way for each of us and there are so many things to do and see. The condo was perfect for all of us! When we arrived, there were cookies and 2 bottles of water waiting for us on the counter. It was located within 10-15 minutes from many activities and was also in a very quiet neighborhood. We made use of the well kept outdoor pool also. While there we toured the downtown area, the stadium, the outside city park, at night was fabulous, also toured the Budweiser Brewery and saw the Clydesdales, caught the sunset while up in the Gateway arch. Took a short trip down to see Parina Farms - incredible dog show! No grass grew under our feet in the 3 days we were there. Thank you Boris for sharing your condo with us! What a GREAT vacation in St Louis .... I am hoping we will be back!

Great alternative to hotel

This place is great! It could use some touching up, here and there, but overall this was a fantastic alternative to staying in a hotel. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen (utensils, cookware, dishes, etc). The living room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There were only four units in the building, so we hardly noticed our neighbors. I would definitely give this a go again!

Clean condo, quiet area!

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless and the small things like a laptop to use while there and a full rack of local activities made it even better. The area was a quiet residential setting with easy access to a number of local attractions and a short drive to downtown.

Loved the apartment! We had a great time...location was great! Parking was awesome...reserved spot right up front! Living room was comfy and cozy, watched some movies and appreciated ability to use Laptop!!! Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities!

Quick Getaway

Cozy place for a quick getaway. Close distance to downtown. Quick access to major roads. Very clean and just like pictures. Perfect place for our family of 7. Hard to find affordable place that will take a family our size without trying to get us to take two rooms. As others have said, don't judge by the outside of building..inside very nice. Would have given 5 stars but it is older and there was a few things that could be improved on but nothing that made our stay less enjoyable. Would stay again if we ever come to St Louis again.

Everything we could ask for!

My mother, husband & I stayed here during a recent trip to St. Louis.. We spent quite a bit of time in the condo and enjoyed every moment there. I would recommend it to anyone and we do plan on booking it again next year.

Great Condo, excellent value!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location was great for us. The owner was fabulous and nice. The condo had everything we needed plus some. The beds were comfortable and the property was great. The condo had even brochures and other literature for tourists. The distance for shopping, entertainment, and point of interest was convenient. I will plan to stay at this location again in the near future.

Beautiful condo, great value!

This condo was absolutely fabulous during our family vacation. We were tired of staying in hotels, and wanted to do something a bit different. As soon as we came across this condo online, we were sold! I'm pleased to say that it looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures. Location is WONDERFUL, close enough to everything yet still in a quiet location. Will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

Very Nice

Clean and very nicely decorated, tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. We are a family of 5 with kids 17,15 and 8 so finding a hotel room can be difficult so this worked great. Girls got their own room and we were able to save money having the kitchen to cook several of our own meals. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

Awesome!!

We stayed at this cozy condo for 4 days and enjoyed it so much! The owner, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to Downtown. Parking was right in front of the condo. We highly recommend this sweet environment for a week-end, week, and certainly for a long extended stay in St. Louis!

Great prices for an awesome home!!!

The outside of the apartments had me raise an eyebrow as to the true condition of this condo but when you get inside it is amazing, welcoming, well kept and clean. The cupboards, in spite of our food allergies, still had a few things, we could have like the spices, and some oatmeal for that first day. The waterline to the frig wasn't working but there is a pur filter on the water faucet saving you money on bottled water! There an extra air mattress so we were able to sleep one child on the very large sofa, one in a bed and one in the other bed room while me and my husband hand the darker bed room. Even the bathroom had some extra items just in case you forgot soap or a scrubby. There was no broom at the time to keep the floor cleaner other than the swiffer type mop or batteries for the theromstat and Boris took care of those IMMEDIATELY!!! The only thing we couldn't figure out is the lock on the swimming pool, but then again we didn't ask either since, most of the days in August for this area were in the low 80s with high's around 100 in the beginning of our week. Reasonably close by are shopping malls and plenty of food stores to choose from as well at the civil war museum close by as added bonuses!! We will definitely look at rebooking with this very hospitable manager and his condo!!!

gtrat place to stay

I was just a little worried driving to the place. Nothing to be afraid of just in an older part of town. When we opened the door, it was better than expected. The rooms were very nice, it was furnished beautifully, and it had everything you could need. It was very close to I-55 and there were plenty of places to eat that were nearby. We did have to drive a little to get to attractions but not bad. I would recommend this to anyone in the St Louis area. The price was good and it was a good place to stay.

We purchased this condominium because of the great location. Everything one would need is nearby. Jefferson Barracks Park is just 2 minutes away. It has real nice bike riding/walking trails with some hills that are a great workout but not too exhausting. If you prefer miniature Golf, you can find it on Lemay Ferry Rd, about 5 minutes away. For the Shopper in you there is the South County Mall (on corner of Lindbergh Blvd and Lemay Ferry), as well as many other strip malls full of various stores and restaurants all around the area. There is even a Chuck E Cheese’s, where kids and adults alike can spend some time playing all kinds of different fun arcade games, while having lunch or a snack. If however, you enjoy movies, one of St. Louis' greatest Movie theaters, Ronnie's Cine, is located off of Lindbergh Blvd. Besides it's 20 separate theaters, it also has an arcade games area you can enjoy.
Two major highways run through the area, I-270 and I-55, as well as Lindbergh Blvd, which connects to other major streets and takes you to many areas of this beautiful city if you are not a fan of the highway. Some of the restaurants close by are Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Berix.

We love our friendly neighbors on either side and on the lower level. Our place is very quiet which is great for families and business professionals! The place is clean and family friendly.
